do you think some of versus13's characters are going to appier in KH3? just the thought of sora fighting side by side with the main charcter of vurses13 gets me excited

I have to agree on that. It's not like that the team that are developing Versus XIII will want to suddenly have the characters from Versus in KHIII. That realky wouldn't give them enough time to develope and animate the character in KHIII.

I don't want KH to have anything to do with any forms of XIII until they have more people from the earlier FFs. Asides from 7, 8, and 10, all we have is the abomination that is KH Setzer (6) and lame little KH Vivi (9).

Actually, a lot of FF fans seemed to like Vivi apoearing in KH2.

I wouldn't mind Noctis being in KH3, only if they portray him right though. But I think Lightning or Snow would be a better add to KH3, only because Versus probably will be released right before KH3.

It's not Vivi's inclusion that bothers me because I'm one of the people who likes him being in there. It's the representation of him that pisses me off. I honestly don't remember his FF counterpart being like that.

I'd prefer to see characters from 4 (Kain), 6 (Shadow), or 12 (Balthier and Fran).

Feels like Nomura tends to only focus on characters he's made, when it comes to his Square Enix games.

Versus XII are basically his babies so probably yeah.

I'd like to see some older characters. Maybe some characters from 12, but if they were to throw a character from 13 it would probably be Lightning. But if they threw her in, it'd be like having a second Cloud. Just my opinion though.

 

I'd like to see Rinoa, Balthier and Fran (Come on, Balthier with Leon and gang? 8D Plus, if Balthier was to appear he'd need Fran with him), Vaan, Lulu or Barret. I think we need some new Final Fantasy boss battles, like Genesis, Vayne, maybe Bahamut should be throw in as a boss..? I don't know.

Noctis I doubt will be in 3, but hey, Nomura's full of surprises now isn't he?

Zack was put in BBS because he was a past character, so he'd fit in better with BBS's storyline then other characters. Unless they made them younger or something. But yeah.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII. It's part of the 'Fabula Nova Crystallis' compilation. It's set in the same world as XIII, but it's a whole new game that has nothing to do with 13 and Agito. It's not a sequel, or prequel. It's a separate game, but it's in the same universe as the other 2 games.

well i do remember nomura saying i cant remember if it was on dissisia or kh but i remember him saying he doesnt like using the ff characters someone else designed

Not that he doesn't like using them; he said that he's just more comfortable with the characters he created.

 

As for Zack, he's explained several times in both Japanese and English interviews that Zack is in BBS because he is a character from the past of a Final Fantasy game. Laguna was considered for BBS for the same reason. These characters' stories took place in the history of the main games they appeared in.
