Lingering Will ???!!!

Featured Replies

Lingering Will is not an official name for LS, you can't trust everything Wikia says really. Anything can be changed in Wikipedia can tell you the truth.

Hmmm Idk I don't think it's lingering Will.

Wiki said BBS was coming out in May...

You trust Wiki?

Personally, though it does make sense, I don't think it's correct. Remember that Wikipedia is capable of being edited by anyone and thus the information is not always correct

Yet when I tried to change it they yelled at me and changed it back xD

Yep, his name is actually Will, and he is Lingering about the Keyblade Graveyard xD

Except for a few things, don't trust KHWiki.

Haha he made a funny

Hi guys I was watching some kh wiki stuff then I found that they turned Lingering Sentiment into Lingering Will !!!

http://kingdomhearts.wikia.com/wiki/Lingering_Will

What does that mean , when did they change his name and why

Can someone explain please

It's the wiki. Anything from the wiki should be taken with a grain of salt. It's not a credible source considering anyone can edit it.

Anyways, the names were never officially translated. Take Vanitas' Lingering Spirit, as he's called in the English version. Spirit, Sentiment; either way it's the same thing. It's just that eventually, Sentiment worked it's way up to being more popular. Will, however, is pretty... random. Don't worry about it.

Yeah, I saw something about the way to unlock Vanitas' Lingering Spirit, and I got an account and edited it to the best of my ability. It made me feel special. I just checked and it is still there, as I phrased it "After the player clears the Final Episode" as opposed to something that I don't remember.

Lingering Will is not the name for the "Lingering Sentiment". He is called the Lingering Sentiment. Remember, anything can be edited by Wikipedia.

I vaguely remember what was there before. It was uh... well... it wasn't very accurate, so many thanks for your correction! :D

I don't use the wiki, but the fact that the KH wiki is well known for misleading people and spreading rumors is just annoying :

The reason they changed the name to Will is because they found out that "Lingering Will" is more official than "Lingering Sentiment".

But why change it? Isn't the Lingering Sentiment the official name? I the Japanese version it is, but it never got an official English translation.

KrytenKoro 16:15, November 30, 2010 (UTC):

The cage produced by the Lingering Sentiment in its final battle is named "Will's Cage"[1]. The kanji used for "Will" is shinen, the same word used for the "Sentiment" in "Lingering Sentiment". It seems pretty clear that the cage is literally the sentiment's cage, so I propose we move this article to "Lingering Will".

According to the wiki's talk page:

The cage produced by the Lingering Sentiment in its final battle is named "Will's Cage". The kanji used for "Will" is shinen, the same word used for the "Sentiment" in "Lingering Sentiment". It seems pretty clear that the cage is literally the sentiment's cage, so I propose we move this article to "Lingering Will".

So they changed it because Sentiment is less accurate or whatever.
