tutti frutti. I'm mostly posting this due to it bugging me for some time now. For human based nobodies, like Xemnas and Vexen, they tend to look identical to their original selves, with little changes in their facial features. For example, Vexen hasn't really changed from his original self as Even, and Sora and Roxas/Ven share some facial features. To me Namine looks less like Kairi than Xion does, even though Namine is the Nobody of Kairi. My question is this, who do you think looks more like Kairi, Namine or Xion? My vote goes to Xion in my own opinion.

I personally think Namine has a more similar look to Kairi. That's just my opinion, Namine just seems to bear a stronger resemblance than Xion.

What Reversal said. The only difference besides the hair color is Namine's hair style is a little different.

Well, Xion looks like Kari because she's basically Sora's memories of Kairi. She's Kairi with black hair. While Namine is her Nobody and the only real difference besides voice is the hair color and style.
