I'm 52 hours in and yes it's persona in fantasy

I'm only hoping that when atlus makes a new IP they just don't use this formula

It's mechanics overall game Flow is ripped straight out of persona starting from 3 anyway.
It's not just a simple oh this is just like Persona minimal comparison like it goes way deeper than that.

It feels like they wanted to make a new Persona game but they wanted to make it something very different without being tied down to the previous conceptions of what they Persona setting should be

It limits it's appeal- by spreading this "it's just Persona but fantasy" narrative, it's going to prevent it from reaching more player - players who don't like Persona for the (usually dumb) reasons they don't.

as for the ui, the decision making, the sociaI stats page, the battIe ui and Iayout, and even the resuIts screen
