There might already be a thread about this, but I am far too lazy to go look. SO. Wtf is with the /2 in the title? This game placed like 6 in gameinformers top 10 stupid game titles just because of that /2. My hypotheses: The /2 is for the days after the day of the final boss battle (No spoilerz 4 u). 358/2=179, I have no idea what that could mean. 358 over 2 (as a fraction), Still reduces to 179, Have no idea. 2/358=0.005587, That makes even less sense.

I have not played this game in a few months, But I do not remember anything happening on day 179. And I think there are 2 days after the first 358. Soooo.... yeah.

nope. nothing did happen on day 179... maybe the 2 means something like that its covering two peoples stories... like near the end it shows xions story a little more so the 2 could mean that the game is about roxas and xion... idk...

It means 358 days shared by 2 people.

It means 358 days shared by 2 people.

This. The two people it is shared by seems to be decided by the player, and on a little side note, from my understanding, Roxas lived for exactly 1 year, either that or 1 day short of a year, it all depends on how many days were covered in Kingdom Hearts 2 for Roxas, it was either 6 or 7.

Actually, I think it has to do with the fact that we see a little bit of day 359. It could literally mean "358 and a half" instead of "358 divided by two." You get what I'm saying?

What's up with the last two options? LOL.

Duh, cake is awesome! But no, it's like they said. The title is read 358 over 2 days, meaning the days were shared over two people. Nomura only said that the two would be obvious once you played the game, but I'm pretty sure it means Roxas and Xion.

I thought I remembered Nomura saying something about it meaning a couple different things, and that you could basically have it mean what you wanted it to mean. Idk though, I could be totally remembering something wrong, either way that was a stupid name.

*Looks at poll results* I'm glad we all agree. ^Finally someone who realizes that there is no way the game designers would think that players would think that deeply about the title. Sometimes you just get a jackass in marketing.

I wonder if the title makes any more sense in japan...

cake is awesome though chocolate cake gives me a headache

Roxas spent 358 days in the Organisation. But seeing as Xion is a part of Sora, as is Roxas, these days were experienced through the eyes of two. Hence 358 days over two.

hm so i guess i gave the right anwer too. yays. :)

Basically, it means what Rob and other mebers have said. 358 shared by 2 people. Also what Gameinformer issue was it you read where it said this? People always find the need to say something negative about Kingdom Hearts don't they?
