Okay, you all seen an early trailer of Birth by Sleep or should i say Kingdom Hearts II Secret Ending. But, do you remember the first time you saw it? What did you think about it?

And where did you see it?

For me, it was something like that.

I found KHIIFM SE on youtube. When I saw Ven, Terra and Aqua i thought: Awsome, new kh game! Then Master Xehanort and Vanitas came. For Vanitas i thought: Dark Riku is back!.

I changed my mind when i saw Aqua's face. Believe or not i thought that's Riku (Squere always draws boys, that they look like girls). For Ven i thought: Roxas's alive and for Terra: Wtf is Leon doing here.

For me, that's the best fighting scene and also the saddest.

I actually thought it was fake, since I saw it on YouTube. I was like "Wait! Why is there some guy in armor here? What does this have to do with Kingdom Hearts?!"

A year later, I saw an actual trailer for the game...

the first part in kh2 i thought it was a thing for a new square enix game not kh related then i saw the battle and though kairi had grown and died her hair, roxas was alive and i thought leon was there to so i was like thats a weird trio??

I knew almost nothing about Kh then, so I thought it was some power rangers shizz.

Obviously it all makes sense now, but if for a KH fan that didnt make sense, imagine me... I thought MX was some type of Wizard D:

When I first saw it, I thought it was for a game that took place long after KH2. An old Xehanort's Heartless pops up and threatens the world. I though Terra was an older Sora and that Vanitas was Riku, who had been taken over by Xehanort. I was a little thrown by Ven's appearance, and tried to resolve that, but didn't.

I found the KH2 serect ending on youtube days after I beat the game(after christmas 06). That was the time when I was a noob and didn't know crap about KH other than playing KH1 and had to stop because my disc stopped playing after I beat Oogie Boogie. After watching the secret ending, I thought it was cool like the noob I was. Then a couple months later I believe the KH2 FM trailer came out and that's when I got into KH like I am now.

Well........

The KH2 ending was too subtle up to near-idiotic levels.

the KH2FM+ secret ending ruined almost all of the spoilers for BBS for me- since I read into things more than I should and have nothing better to do.

I automatically could put together that Terra, whose name I did not know before, will later become the ansem/xemnas/xehanort that we all know and whatnot.

I knew the old guy was the main enemy of the series.

I knew Vanitas was not Riku nor anything related to him (and I could put together that the guy who ended up being Xehanort created him) but figured he was probably on the same amount of power as him.

I knew that Aqua was the girl in the chamber thingy.

And I knew Ventus lived through being frozen.

I also was overly skeptical on the fan-theory of Ventus being Roxas...and constantly laughed at how people mistook Aqua(who is clearly female) for Riku.

but yeah.

The first time I saw it was on youtube as well. When I saw it, I never connected the characters in it to being current characters, although I had no idea who they were (probably because they started in armor). Even with Ventus I thought, 'What the hell is that guy doing wearing Roxas' face?! He can't be Roxas!'

After watching 30 times (>.>;; ) I got to the point where I thought Terra looked eerily like Heartless Ansem and I realized Vanitas was wearing a similar outfit to Evil Riku's oufit. Other than that, I just drooled over the awesome graphics. Their renders just get better and better. Now I'm going to watch it again because I love it so much ^^

but isn't it fun putting pieces of a puzzle together.

I don't even remember what I first thought of it... "cool" maybe? All I remember is watching the kh2fm ending hundreds of times and the normal secret ending a couple less times.

uhhh... how can you think aqua and riku look alike???

@Rikuluver: Riku's pretty- I'm not surprised someone would mistake him for a girl.

@Keystrike: My mind just wanders when I do things- It just so happens that most of what I push around up there happens to be right

tutti frutti. When I first watched the both versions of the secret ending, with the shorter one first then the longer one, I was kind of puzzled on what to expect, though I had something to look forward to. At first I though it was the real KH3 that took place at a later point after KH2, with Terra being an older Sora. Aqua, though I don't know why at the time, was Sora's wife over Kairi despite the whole Paopu fruit ordeal. And Ven, being Sora and Aqua's son as Roxas's reincarnation. I more or less thought that there would be some sort of medieval setting, much like the Legend of Zelda series, due to the armor that the three were wearing at the time.

This may seem wierd though this is what came to mind when I first watched the secret endings. It would be interesting to see a KH game have a more medieval setting.
