What?! That would wipe out most of the internet. YT would pretty much die and this site's gallery would be destroyed too. IT MUST BE STOPPED!

I know The internet is basically done if this passes, but it probably won't get passed. It's one thing to not allow music clips and TV show/movie clips to be shown, but commentary on games, and things like that, are protected by the 1st amendment, so it would be unconstitutional to pass that bill.

Going by that mentality, if someone lets their friends listen to a song on their iPod, or if a bunch of people get together to watch a movie, they should go to jail too.

I really hope the bill doesn't pass. if it does, this could mean the end of internet gaming as we know it and most likely kill YouTube and other streaming sites as well. This would cause a major uproar against the U.S, goverment from many people, especially gamers. This isn't such a smart decision for the Congress to make on their part.

Guys, I don't think this is really anything to worry about. While our government is a bit of a failure in some respects, it would be practically impossible for them to pass such a bill. It would end up being like when they tried to ban alcohol. People would do it even though it was against the law, and there would be serious protests. They wouldn't be able to stop every offender, so even if it was passed, it would be repealed fairly quickly.
