The way I see it? Nomura initially explained he had the Keyblade thanks to Riku, and that's why Riku could always steal it back.

 

One is from Riku, and it can be considering 'his'.

One is from Ventus.

One is from Vanitas.

 

I still do not actually consider any of his Keyblades his own, personally, because he never officially took place in the ceremony, but the one Riku subconsciously gave him at the beginning of KH1 is the only closest to being his. I know people will disagree with me, but that's just how I see it. People will argue Roxas has two thanks to Xion. I say no. Much like Vanitas was pit against Ventus, so was Xion against Roxas. Whose to say Xemnas wasn't also trying to make the X-Blade? Until its officially explained, I'm sticking to what I believe.

Although its hard to count this video as canon, even so. This battle is taking place in his heart. If you really want to count Roxas' Keyblades as Sora's, I count five. Roxas also had a Keyblade while Sora had his in Castle Oblivion, so I count Roxas as legitimately having his own.

Sora cannot wield three Keyblades. He can use three if he takes them from someone else, but it's only temporary, as Roxas eventually takes them back. He cannot summon and use three Keyblades at once himself. And he only has the ability to wield two because of Ven. Sora has his own Keyblade, and he also has Ven's. Originally Sora's Keyblade was supposed to be Riku's, but Riku didn't have a strong enough heart at the time. He eventually got his own when Soul Eater transformed into Way to Dawn. Also, it should be noted that this battle takes place in Sora's heart.
