At home and it can up on the news and my parents went dumb folded at this. That was a shock like the nuclear explosion that happened 50 years ago and you can't go near it still.

It was my 1st year of middle school, I remember I was just listening to my teacher talk when all of a sudden the intercom comes on and a lady says something about one of the towers being hit and to turn on the news asap. I'm not gonna lie, I had no idea what the heck was going on, I was so lost, even for an 11 yr old at the time. @_@ So our teacher turns on the tv that's in the left corner of the room, about, I'd say, 6ft away from me? And we all just see a bunch of smoke in one of the buildings, I was still confused as hell as to what exactly was going on. I'm not sure if it was around this time, but I'll always remember this, there was a blond girl sitting in the desk behind me, her hair was up in a ponytail, and I remember her saying, "My dad works there.". But she didn't sound worried or scared, I think my teacher may have said something to her, but that day is blurry.

After a couple of minutes our teacher turned down the volume of the tv and started to say something to us, I was sitting at kind of an angle, so I was looking at the teacher, but could still see the tv out of the corner of my eye. So I'm listening to her when all of a sudden I can see this huge blob pass by really fast and a huge explosion, all the kids gasped and I quickly turned around to watch, this was when my teacher broke down *she was around her 20's*, our other teacher, who was older came in and tried to calm her down.....

Hm, this is getting too long. @____@;;;;;; Anyway, that's pretty much everything I remember from that day when things were unfolding.

I was about 3 and i was watching superman on tv when my Mom got a call from my Aunt. My parents changed the channel just as the second plane was coming around and then it hit the tower. I was sent to my room and i sneaked out and i looked at the tv and i saw the first tower collapse. That's all i can remember about that day.

I was in 8th grade homeroom. I walked in and saw they had a TV in the room and I thought it was odd. Then I saw it was on the news and saw what was going on. Odd thing was, all the places that were hit were the possible places for our 8th grade field trip. New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania. There was talk that the field trip would be cancelled, but it wasn't and we ended up going to Washington D.C. as planned.

i was 2 and i dont know anything

i was four... i had a cold. my mom came in and gave me some medicine. she started crying after that. i was too sick to ask why but ill never forget that.

i was in 4th grade at th tyme.I remeber our teacher turned off th lytes and sat us all down while the principal talked to us thru th intercom. They told us not to even go to any stores or friends house,,just go straight home.I think they figured with all tht was goin on,tht th streets myte have been dangerous or somthn.Me and my friends met 2gether and prayed for the better l8r on.

I was having breakfast when my dad called my mom and said he had heard on the radio that a plane and run into the towers.

I was in 7th grade and at school. I'm still angry at the school because they never told us anything. We just went through our school day without knowing anything happened. It wasn't until I came home around 3:00 that I saw the news (my mom came home from work and had it on) and I was stunned. That's not how I should have found out, 7 hours afterward. They should have let us know when it happened.

I was 2... I really don't remember anything, except that I was probably sleeping on my apartment. My sister remembers it, though...

I was 4 and i was at school (preety sure it was headstart). My dad works for the DEP so when it happened, he got called there to help rescue and make sure all the water was shut off. When it went on the news, the school closed and i was sent home. My mom was crying and i didnt understand what was going on so i just did my own thing i guess.

I was 5, I really don't remember anything at all, I was at school though.

I was at school in Kindergarden. They let us leave school early that day because of all that was happening. My mom and family were so scared.

I was 1 years old my mom sis was geting marryed so we went to new york and my grandpa put on the tv and seen what happend that what my mom told me and we could't leave new york for 3 days

i was 3 and living in Atlanta. My dad was working on this morning radio show there, and he had to tell everyone what was happening. then he said everyone had to evacuate Atlanta. He said theres like this disease center were they study different kinda like anthrax. The Governor thought the terrorists were gonna bomb that disease center, so Atlanta and some surronding towns and to evacuate

1st grade in NYC. We were evacuated around 9:30, I got out just in time to see smoke caused by the South tower collapsing.

My great-grandson was in 4th grade, and was at school. The school told everyone when school was finished if I remember correctly.
