Quite simply it seems these other games are wanted more.

well ff-games ,zelda and mario are big titles but its great that kh3d is in the list even though it is not a main game like kh1,kh2

yes it is but i mean the titles that have a number like kh1,2,3 which are considered a little more important than titles like kh recoded or 358/2 days,still kh3d has an important role in the future of the series

If I made this list KH3D would be in the top five at least.

In my opinion Famitsu is trash and kh3d won't be on my top 25 list.

Thought KH3D would be in the top 5. It seem people want Gundam Extreme Versus more than FF Versus 13.

Top 3 for me would be KH3D, FF Versus XIII, and FF XIII-2 in any order.
