Who is stronger? Nobodies or Dream Eaters?

Posted
I've been wondering which one of these enemies is stronger? To me Dream Eaters just look like another Heartless color swap. Knowing they are the newest enemy to the Kingdom Hearts series, they should be stronger than the Nobodies.

My votes for the Dream Eaters. They steal/eat your good dreams and implant nightmares, leaving you to suffer with awful miserable stuff. @v@

One thing in the Nobodies favor is that they have some intelligence. I have not seen anything about the Dream Eaters that suggests any intelligence above animal instinct.

Yes, I think that out of all the enemy types, Nobodies are and will always be the strongest, due to their intelligence. They are able to think and plan, unlike any other types of enemies who act purely on instinct.

Maybe dream eaters can beat nobodies because they are fought in a dream right?Anything can happen in a dream right? So maybe they can change their form to better their chances of winning.Just a thought.

thats hard to say because we dont know much about the dream eaters. i would like to think that the dream eaters are more powerful, though, because they are the new enemy and the challenges should get harder for the characters. otherwise, there is no growth or point.

dream eaters only seem to exist in worlds that are in a deep slumber .. so physically nobodies seem stronger

That is a good point. Also, that also implies greater mobility on the Nobodies side.

hmm... i like the idea about the dream eaters changing their appearence and stuff but, nobodies do seem to be smarter...hmm i`ll have to go with Chuck Norris cuz he beats every thing.LOL.

tutti frutti. In a sense I have to agree with Berserker, anything can happen in a dream. For all we know there could be a Dream Eater out there somewhere that has total control over dreams, if not the world itself. But for the time being, I would have to go with Nobodies, since we more so know what they are capable of. Though for all we know they may just be enemies for the exam. (Just a guess, don't beat me up for it) But, I'm definitely looking forward to facing them. Hopefully, Nomura didn't incorporate "annoying" for these enemies as he did with the Unversed.

seriously though, i`ll have to wait( like we haven`t done enough of that already :P ) but we`ll have to see.

Yeah, I can see these only being in this game. Storywise, it would make more sense, seeing as they only exist in these "sleeping" worlds. Also, Yen SId says they're there "instead of" heartless, implying that they're more or less the same level. I'd say they're weaker or the same as lesser nobodies, not even getting into Organization level nobodies. Not to say they won't be strong, especially boss level ones.
