When I first joined the site back in 2010, when repping was cool, I thought reps were magically given to you when you posted a certain number of posts until like, 2 months later.

I also thought DC and Aaron were an actual couple because I took random threads waayyy too seriously.

My cousin was actually the one who came up with the idea. He's as Canadian as you can get. He even tried to convince me they were real and I just couldn't believe him. 8D

I never made an Introduce Yourself Thread, mainly because I was afraid to get too much attention.

Before I joined kh13, I didn't have any friends that liked the stuff I liked. *cough* kingdom hearts *cough*

Because I didn't have anyone to talk about something as awesome as kingdom hearts, I was usually alone with my thoughts and that was it. While my friends talked about first person shooters, I just sat there pretending to listen, while I listened to Simple and Clean in my head. There were a lot of things that I usually kept bottled up from others because I still felt like there wasn't anything that we had in common to talk about.

Very rarely do I still open up to strangers, but I felt like after I joined kh13 I started to feel a little closer to my friends.

There are a lot of people that can really build your self-confidence on this site, and because of them, I can now proudly talk about kingdom hearts anytime that I want, even if I know that some are ignoring me and find me annoying.

I also made great new friends on this site, which I thought would never happen because of my awkward personality.

So, Thank You, KH13, and all of your members and mods, for teaching me not to be afraid to open up to people and express my own opinion.
