I was playing BBS and realized that i actually like Aqua Ven and Terra more than sora. then i realized that sora's one of my least favorite characters. not because i hate him or anything. i just like the rest of the characters so much that he falls a little short. Everyone except for sora has something that makes them stand out, or something that they went through, that makes them more likeable to me. Riku had his whole overcoming darkness thing. roxas's life was filled with pain and sadness. even MX, who ruined pretty much everyone in the kingdom hearts universe's life, is smart, cunning, and he always has a backup plan for his backup plan's backup plan.

 

So i just wanted to know what you guys thought.

After playing BBS, Aqua won my heart.

 

 

Sora never had my heart folks. That would be weird.

 

Yes, I love Sora. He is probably the most innocent character in the game and I believe that is the plan Nomura had for him. Sora actually has a lot of sadness surrounding his heart and probably suffers the most actually. He has to deal with saving the worlds from Heartless and Nobodies and there are times where he could have GAVE in, but he didn't. He lost his two best friends, was torn away from his family and home and stuck in worlds where he didn't know a single soul. He always carries an upbeat attitude even when things seem the worse, so yes I love Sora. He tries to be the peacebringer and brightens anyone's day even when he is feeling down. He'll always pick himself back up no matter how close darkness sinks in.

I find Sora very annoying, so no.

I love Sora he is my favorite character.He inspires me because he never gives up.Sora always puts a smile on my face because he is always optimistic,even when his world is crashing down upon him.

lol i like sora and roxas but when bbs game out ive become less certain they're my favorites hahaha

im neutral with him, hes a very good protagonist and the "innocent" air about him makes him interesting but on the other hand it feels like im playing as a 5 year old sometimes

I love Sora and he is my favorite character. I really love his personality he is just that type of guy you'd like to be friends with. Cheerful, outgoing, brave, funny, nice ect.

I don't think the characters must've been struggling through life or being emo, bipolar, mysterious, ect to be likable.

I prefer his Nobody. His best friend is cool too.

I don't know. On the one hand, yeah. He's pretty cool.

 

But he's also kind of whiny. I hate whiny people.

He'll never be my favorite character. I've always like Riku, Roxas, Xion, Axel, Terra, Ventus, and Aqua better than him. But I don't hate him. I guess you could say I'm neutral.

Also, I find Vanitas to be a much cooler version of Sora.

so a lot of people like him, a lot don't and a lot are neutral. i guess it just depends on how you look at him. but Aqua and Riku are and always will be the best KH characters of all time

I love Sora (but not that way). I really do think that he will get to some of the levels that Terra, Ven, and Roxas got to in their respective stories now that he's been put back in the role of main character.

I have no problem with Sora, however, I find him a bit boring after so many games.

 

I do not need an "emo" hero or something like that but if feels kind of lame that he has no real depth despite many other character who we do not know much about at all! I guess, what I mean is that he has no real flaw while going in the dircetion of a Mary Sue. And no - he is not a Sue - at least not now.
