So, do you plan to get the Wii U when it comes out? I plan on getting one ( but not exactly on the first day it comes out. Getting it when some games like Smash bros and Zelda come out for it). The graphics look great on it and I just know that it will have a great lineup of games over time. I am hoping that it will come with a VC where you can buy GameCube games. That would really convince me (and other Nintendo fans) to buy the Wii U.

Most Wii U consoles are sold out in many places already, and I planned on getting the deluxe, but at gamestop the guy told me I could only get the normal package at this point. So I did, but I'm kinda miffed, though I'm glad I still got one before even the white ones ran out!

Did anyone else run into this problem?

Um, what? Bayonetta 2 should answer your question. If not, New Super Mario Bros. U, Zelda Wii U, Super Smash Bros. Wii U, ZombiU, The Wonderful 101, and Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate should. If those aren't 'worth buying', then GTFO you casual.

And no, Bayonetta 2 does not justify buying an entire console for 1 game, because the first game sucked. More japanese mind-f*** plots just don't do it for me. I have to agree with Master Juan on jumping him all because he disagrees with something about the Wii U. Not everyone has the money to afford one, y'know. I was going to get the Wii U premium on first day but all of the pre-orders for it are sold out everywhere. So I am just going to wait until either a price drop happens. or until there's a much better bundle for the Wii U. Not that I am a big Nintendo fan but you don't see me jumping on everyone that isn't getting a Wii U. And if you've noticed, the Wii U is a bit too pricy especially in Japan.

KH 3D, Pokemon B2W2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Final Fantasy Type-0, some other stuff I can't remember for some reason... I've got enough games to buy right now. I'll wait until Smash Bros comes out for it.

The latest edition of Japanese gaming bible Famitsu has revealed that Wii U will be region locked. The news shouldn’t come as too big a surprise to many as both the Nintendo 3DS and Wii are region locked. Still, it would have been nice if the console was region free like the PlayStation 3.

I was never really interested in the Wii U to begin with, but I see region locking as an act of satin to try and drive people to suicide (The frustration i've felt trying to find a way to get RE:COM to work on a PAL PS2 is unreal)
