RPG players don't look at high def graphics, it's all about gameplay and combat system when it comes to these types of games. Hell, 8-bit graphics don't really matter. They even are open to others opinions and actually give other games a chance. FPS players(fanboys) only view graphics as a big deal. Not to mention the arsenal of guns, including that they shun away good games away. (Sonic, Megaman, Kirby, Mario, POKEMON, DIGIMON, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts.) Correct me if I'm wrong pl0x, this is my opinion. I'm open to other opinions as well. -w-

What I'm saying if that they appeal to different people, have different gameplay styles, and focus on completely different topics. Neither make you a GUD GAMERZZZ PRO GAMER. You can't say that only RPG's are good games in comparison, because they have different standards. RPGs usually focus on story, while FPSs don't. First Person Shooters aren't all MADE to be heavy on the plot, and it's for a reason. You said that RPG players don't look at high def graphics. FPS players don't look for a deep storyline. You catch my drift? You can like either one, but I find that FPS games are for more casual players. Roleplay games usually take a much longer time to complete, and a lot of commitment. Not everyone enjoys these things, and might have a lower patience. It's a reason I can't play Final Fantasy: It takes a lot of time. Then you're attacking the fanbase, saying they sun away good games. Roleplay games also have shitty fanbases who can be just as closed minded. GENERALIZING. Roleplay games can have a lot of guns too. A lot of them have to do with... GASP- KILLING THINGS. That's gaming, you have to defeat the enemy.
