*Spoiler Speculation Alert!* What if they aren't original?

Posted

So I was just replying to a thread, and typed this:

The thing is, people are taking too much on the word Dream in the tittle. It's not really the case.

They aren't actually in a dream, but in sleeping WORLDS. A place separate from the Realms of Light and Darkness.

The most plausible answer would probably be that when a form of something ceases to exist, it becomes a Dream of a world(s) and show up in the Realm of Dreams.

So that'd explain the appearance of the Xehanorts and Vanitas, as well as TWTNW.

About the other 9... One of them could be Vanitas. The others might just be clones or manifestations of Xehanort's Darkness, the source of the Darkness in the Realm of Sleep. Each form maybe created manifestations of Darkness to spread it around the sleeping worlds to get Sora and Riku.

Now I'm thinking, what if all those "Norts" with the hood on are actually, just the Young Xehanorts we've seen?

Obviously, Young Xehanort takes part on the game from World 1. It kinda confuses me to why they would put the main antagonist of the game in the first freaking world.

So maybe each of those manifestations have the same appearance and simply make us think it's the same person.

I realize this is highly unlikely, but what do you guys think?

I think Xehanort is merely studying the two who defeated most of his incarnations. Plus in the trailer he tells Riku that the time for his revenge is near, so we know he is stalking everyone for a reason.

He doesn't exactly say what the time is near for. More accurately is can be argued that he said "The time of the abyss is near." as someone else translated it as, but I doubt that's his revenge.

If Young Master Xehanort is the Mysterious Figure, or Unknown, or whatever you call it, then wouldn't he be able to time travel? Couldn't he just travel through time, pick up all of his incarnations, and then go to the time Sora & Riku are in and battle them there with all his pals?

Yeah the time for revenge seemed awkard to me because Xehanort would only have had beef with Ven, Aqua, and Terra. The second quote sounds like what happens once the X-blade is forged.

ya know I had a theory like that and everyone shot it down.

Well if he has all of the collective memories from each of his incarnations, he knows pretty much the entire series thus far. Besides if it is time of the abyss, that probably means the Keyblade War which means he will try to get his revenge during that.

I thought, that the time for his return is just near - because: Why should the war start now?

I bet, YX (with his powers he is more like a "Traumanort") is kind of trying to stop this... I dunno why, but he feels "nicer" than the gramps.

Here a Nort there a Nort everywhere a Nort Nort ! xD

Snigger... Snigger.. HAHAHAHA!

Admit it everyone, you sang that!

Ansem and Xemnas both appear in world one in their respective games (well, technically world three in kh2, but meh), and so does MX. Just saying.

I think MX is probably in the realm of sleep to begin with because even though his nobody and heartless have been vanquished, neither part of him was completely just Xehanort; it was partly Terra too. His body was destroyed awhile ago, so that probably accounts for all of his incarnations being there. he probably has limited control over the realm of sleep, too (Maybe he's the original dream eater or something since he helped destroy the worlds; it would be similar to Xemnas apparently having power over all nothing and nobodies). He can appear as younger for the same reason that Sora and Riku are younger. Also, we see that Riku has a spirit symbol on his back; this could be seen as him being a "spirit" in a way, as he's destroying nightmares and helping the people in the realm of sleep. If that's true, you can further see YX as a nightmare dreameater. But I'm just speculating.

-But they never directly confront the characters as hostile-y as Youngnort.

-The reason I think he is in the Realm of Sleep is because his body was vanquished in BBS. It simply stopped existing and became a "dream".

Terra's probably not there since his body and heart are back as Terranort.

-Possible, He might just have power over Darkness thus controlling Dream Eaters.

I believe they take form on a part of theirs who no longer exists, thus their youth. As they grew they changed and their past selves stopped existing. But since Master Xehanort is in his original body, I'm not sure. Young Xehanort could be a whole different person for all we know.

I don't see any evidence for this though http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-confuse.png Sora is taking the same role as Riku and has no emblem.

I believe that's just a representation of Riku's Darkness being friendly, just like a spirit.

We can also take in consideration that the three sources of Life in KH are the Heart, Body and Soul. Souls could easily be spirits or Nightmares, and those might take the forms of dreams of when the whole was seized.

We can suppose Ventus has his own "Spirit" in there, since his heart was extracted completely and he didn't even become a nobody of any sort with his soul. It's true the Nobodies might just exist because of Ansem's experiment which hadn't occurred yet but something would have remained. His soul probably became a Spirit/Nighmare which represents his sould.
