I'm not 100% sure but from what I've seen in the game isn't it master Eraqus heart.

First of all you spelt "Who" wrong in the title xD.

Also I don't know who's heart it is... but I think Xehanort's heart resides in the heart of Terra...... (My opinion)

Yeah, he's referring to Eraqus.

"Oh, so that's how it is, is it? Someone else has set foot in your heart. Eraqus, you sly fox."

Fool. Eraqus' heart.

Luke- Er, General Oz- er Mar- Er I mean Eraqus yeah him. That one.

You watched the secret ending and listened to what Xehanort said(in your post), but you didn't listen to what was said after?

It definitely is Eraqus..In an interview with nomura he said to particularly look at how Eraqus falls into Terra after MX delivers the final blow in the Eraqus battle.

Eraqus, if you look at the secret movie you see MX and Terra talking to each other, and Terra states that Eraqus is inside him. A heart inside a heart....heartception

Yeah, I think the same - however, not that I have a problem with Eraqus, but is there not a single good person who can stay dead like... well, dead? It kind of kills the drama, if you ask me.

I know, that we cannot say that he will be come back at this point... *sigh* but we know that Normua could do it...
