Nomura wrote the script himself.

Seriously it had the best paced story. They showed as much detail and developed it in almost every day. If you only do the mandatory missions it's not so repetitive.

It also has the most tragic and touching story.

It was really repetetive, but I loved the story too much to care. I was so sad at the end though.

I loved 358/2 days, it may be the best in my opinion.

But if they'd make a remake, they should do it on the 3DS, cutting off the non-mandatory missions and put in a new world, you go there on the days ya did nothing,

Nothing important has to happen, you could just discuss some crap with Xigbar or something, or they could put something in it of him revealing something of his past, but just a new fresh world, and more kind off missions would make this game a 10.

This is very true, this game is second only to the original Kingdom Hearts for me

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Other than the story and connections to the series, days was to give you a look into day to day life in the organization. And that's what they did! Every day, of every week. That's why they fast forwarded so much. And also I think it seemed to drag because of the fact they showed the whole day, and time (in respect to actual days) passing.

 

Roxas woke up, got his mission, completed it, ate ice cream came home. I always feel that all the other khs always had a seamless transition through the story that you didn't really feel the passage of time. Like a cartoon series. Any one else feel that?

The game was preety good indeed, the storyline had many of variations, so in many ways its a new kind of experience...
