In KH, Water is a part of Ice, so fire wins against water. That's why Fire magic is strong agaisnt Demyx in KHII.

Two of my favorite characters facing off...its hard to decide so I'm just going to go by pokemon standards and say Aqua will win ;P

Subjectively, Axel. But I'm a Pokémon master in all the regions. So Aqua, because water is super effective against fire.
