Where is the firetruck yeah option?

  • That totally depends on the opening lineup of games. If it has a decent selection sure. If not, I'll wait, either for some decent games or a price drop.

  • What a coincidence, I said hell no.

This thread is a prime example of why Nintendo should have changed the name. Wii U draws too much negative attention, since the Wii gets so much heat.

'I'm not sure, I'll think about it.'

I definitely would if a KH game came out on it (not that I expect one to), but there's still a small chance I might anyway. I'm still not completely sold on it, though it does look pretty good. I'm just not so sure it's gonna be worth the giant price it'll end up with.

The first wii was an utter disappointment. It had amazing releases for it's first few years and then it's almost like nintendo said "firetruck you we have your money now". I honestly can't remember the last time a good wii game came out.

I'm assuming the same will happen with the Wii U, it looks like a ton of fun but Nintendo is an advertising juggernaut.

Don't get me wrong, I love Mario and Zelda games, but there is only so much "Itsa Me!" and "EEEYYAAAA!" somebody can take. Plus, almost every wii game is a downgraded version of a game on the other consoles. On the Wii Dead Rising could only sport 150 zombies on screen at a time. The Xbox could render 1000.

Plus, from what we know so far, the Wii U doesn't seem to be Nintendo trying to get ahead, but rather catching up.

Unless there is a phenomenal line up and improved multiplayer capabilities then I won't get it.

So far, just from E3 there is a game walled Watch_Dogs that is apparently a Wii-U exclusive. It looks really, really good so far. And it made a reference to the famous 2003 New York blackout.

I remember that blackout, it screwed up my family's vacation plans.

I remember it too. It's actually the first time I meet my step mom was during that blackout. And a group of people was stuck in a elevator in my apartment also.

The Wii-U looks like a stupid piece of trash. I'm sorry.

But if a KH game came exclusively for the Wii-U then... damn you Tetsuta.

He be trolling to the end.

The game showcase will be on June 6th, I really wish they show something on June 5th.

But... they'll reveal games tomorrow at their press conference. That's what I meant. o.o

If the Nintendo press conference goes well and they reveal a good number of strong games then I am fine. But Smash Bros. is the only reason at the moment that I am even getting a Wii U in the future.

Yes, it looks great!!!! I honestly can't imagine why people would think it looks bad.

Nah, I have more stuff to do.

Straight up, I have no use for it. I'll piddle around on my cousin's Wii, but it's just not the type of console I'd own.
