spirits or donald and goofy in Kingdom Hearts 3

With Donald and Goofy It would have to be a brand new complex party system to make it seem fresh with the spirits you could do the same thing Im just wondering if there will even be party members in kingdom hearts 3 Im new so im guessing this topic has already been made but leave your opinion?

I dont think that the Dream eaters will make it out of KH3D 1. Because they are not important to the entire story, and 2. Unless KH3 take place entirely in the Sleeping worlds they are not going to be much help.

 

As for Donald and Goofy if you seen the KH3D ending I hope they get replaced by the 7 Warriors of Light

With the high amount of potential party members (kairi, Riku, Mickey, Lea, eventually Aqua and Ventus, maybe even Terra), I doubt spirits will be used like that. I don't know what role they will play, if any. Maybe to help keep worlds safe against hordes of heartless, unversed, or whatever. There are more characters than ever, but they can't be everywhere lol.

 

To quote Yen Sid: "You two? That would be...inadequate." lol even though they have good moments and are good friends, they kind of aren't powerful enough to compete withe current enemies, so I question whether or not they'll be kept as party members. Sure, they were there in KH and Kh2, but a lot more has happened between kh2 and kh3 compared to the one game between kh1 and 2. We started with few characters, and now...we have a whole bunch, and its clear in kh3 that pretty much all characters so far are uniting in awesomeness. I don't know if they'll go for more final fantasy type parties or what. Maybe you'll play as different characters at different points, IDK. Usually, Sora's made to be the main character, but I hope to play as others.

Yea i cant stand Donald and Goofy and im glad their roles are shrinking and the dream eaters are too cute(in a bad way) nobody would take them serious.

I would prefer Donald and Goofy to return. To sideline the two people who have been to hell and back with Sora on two occassions, just because some other "cooler" characters were available, seems cold.

 

Unless they were actually able to work that into a storyline similar to that in KH1, where Sora is having issues deciding who his group of friends are.

Yeah, you've got a point. Since they are always with Sora... It's just that it would be kinda cool if something more new happened, like, the option of chosing your partners, including other keyblade wielders, like (BIG DREAM DROP DISTANCE SPOILER AHEAD, FELLA)

I think Dream Eaters are too colorful to appear in the normal realm, they fit well on the dream realm, since the enemies are also Dream Eaters, but i don't see them well on the ''normal'' realm... Perhaps some of them will appear as summons?

im one of those people who got into this series because of disney I hope there in there but totally revamp the party system they also make the game feel a little less empty
