Guys, I was thinking. I realized KH13 doesn't have a disciplinary committee, so I thought I'd start one. Basically, joining means having "KH13 Disciplinary Committee Member" as your title and that's about it. It might be a dumb idea, so that's why I put this in the "Random" section.
