RP Background

Before there were heartless. Before there were nobodies. There were the keyblade-wielders. With power unparalleled in combat, and the abilities to wield great strength, these lucky few were the ones entrusted with keeping the world safe. Many followed the way of light, using it to their advantage in a quest to help people. But a growing number are beginning to realize that it's not the only way. Some are utilizing a darkness, long since locked away, and reaching potential thought impossible by the ways of light. To them, the power is worth it, to help those they cherish or gain selfish power for themselves. Either for good reasons or bad, some are turning to the ways of darkness, and their rate is growing at an unnerving speed.

War seems inevitable. In this time there is a king of all worlds; long before Mickey came to rule. He (or she depending on gender, see below) has seen the growing tide of dark influences, and the unrest it has caused with the followers of light. So the king has called forth all the great Keyblade Masters to the caslte, and in their wake come students and other such keyblade wielders as well, in hopes to quell the unrest, and settle the matter between the two factions. But we all know that such a thing won't come to pass. War will happen, the attempts of the king, whether it is to restore light or to simply bring peace even with the acceptance of darkness, will in the end be nothing. But still, it must be attempted. Still, something must be done. For however this keyblade war will end, those who are part of it must fight for what they believe in with all their might, for it is their determination that shall pave the way to the future of all worlds.

 

 

Outline of RP

The RP begins in the Castle of All Worlds, what will later be known as Disney Castle. All of your characters will be there for one reason or another; perhaps they are a keyblade master who has gained great respect over a long career, or perhaps just a student who has come along with their master or came without invitation to simply see what was going on. And of course, anywhere in between. Be creative. The position of the King or Queen will be one I hope one of you will fill. I will allow the first submission looking to be King or Queen to get the position as long as their sign up form is accepted. From there on, whether you are King, Master, student, or anything in between, you must choose where you stand on the light/dark spectrum, from a steadfast supporter of the ways of light, or someone who's found their way into darkness, or perhaps in the process of deciding. Remember all this when going forward, and thanks for reading all this, so just read the rules, fill out the sign up form, and let's get this RP going!

 

Rules:

-One Character per person, this is so you get invested in your single character and interactions with other RPers, as opposed to just trying to make your own mini-story with a bunch of your own characters. You are allowed to create some action and dialogue for minor characters around you, though.

 

-Do your very best to stay with the RP. If you sign up, please don't abandon it, I'd love to see an ending to whatever story we all tell together. This is especially true for the person who will become King or Queen.

 

-Try to spell as best you can, proper grammar would also be appreciated as well as you can provide it.

 

-This is not your story alone. Create as fleshed out a character as you can, but remember that your interaction with others is where the magic happens, so try to stay involved with others as well.

 

-No unreasonably powerful abilities, or god-modding. I will hold you to the abilities you list on your character form, that is how I'll decide whether they are reasonable enough for the RP.

 

-Intricate planning and twists are allowed and encouraged, I suggest using messaging with the other players involved to plan it out. Make the story as interesting as possible.

"Well, FYI, Give up, or i either burn this place down with fire that can't be put out, or I'll blow this place up!" Possessor explained. 'Which isn't likely to happen, but i'll just give it a shot.' Possessor thought.

Saez laughed. It wasn't a humorous laugh, it was the kind you do when there's simply no other action worthy of your feeling.

 

"I know you will Tyrax. You will certainly try. But your world of light and darkness will not exist, I do not plan to allow it. I have... bigger plans. I'd prefer you not try to be too meddlesome now, old friend. My war will be fought as you plan yours to be: without hesitation. I may hurt a few in the process, but this we can agree is a needed cost. However, my outcome will be far greater. You will fight against those of light, who wish to exterminate darkness, and those of darkness, that which to assert the true power of the universe. You are outnumbered, my friend. My army grows by the moment. Do you really think to stop me?"

Rexon, crossing his arms says: "You're bluffing!" Seriously, where is everybody? With Posessor saying a statement like that, everyone should know this! Rexon thinks.

Where.. am i? ... what´s this place? ... Evan slowly awakes in a ruined place... a tower with a clock in a stained glass stil remains in the center... while a pale green aurora emites a light glow in the night... this is... my homeworld... Arcana town. -Evan look around for a sec... then -Wait... i was fading into darkness... Sage.. he trew me away in the darkness and.... why i´m still alive...?... mmm he turned back and then something called his attention. A keyblade was on the floor.. just where he woke up... - That´s ..! my keyblade... (Oathkeeper just for reference). Mmm but how.... i can´t use it before then.... mmmm.

 

Evan was confused, Everyone was safe in the mansion? and if the mansion was not long there, they escaped safely...? Many questions were running on his mind... but one thing was true... that his enemy was more closer than he thought.

Juno leaned forward over the low concrete wall, staring at the sunset in the distance. This world was still forming. A town in its youth. The name "Twilight Town" was circulating, but nothing was official yet. She looked down at her new wardrobe, a tinge of pain washing over her. She had no right to wear her paladin's robes anymore. She had managed to find a boutique in this fledgeling world that had something that felt more... appropriate. But the black bodysuit she wore beneath her new dress robes reminded her of the doppelganger. And yet, she also felt more comfortable wearing it; not only physically, but emotionally as well. Actually, she had starting feeling better as soon as she adopted this style. She felt... more whole, if that made sense.

 

Juno thought that the sunset might help, but for some reason she could only think of Saez. Everything that happened between him and the doppelganger played on repeat in her mind, a gift from her dark other. She held all of the memories from that encounter, and it only pained her more. He had saved her, and yet... something still didn't sit right. She closed her eyes, taking in the sun's warmth. Maybe a reprieve was all she needed for now. At least until Saez returned...

 

OOC: Juno's abilities have changed, and are reflected below.

 

 

 

Weapon: Keyblade, "Martyr's Cross". The dark side of Juno's Keyblade, the "Saint Cross". Juno abandoned her old Keyblade, feeling she was unworthy of wielding it in her current state.

 

Abilities

 

Nurse: Restores some of the target's vitality while removing any negative ailments except Doom and Disease.

 

Martyr's Cross: Juno summons an inverted cross of pure darkness, blanketing the area in a dark miasma. Inflicts Sap, Slow, Blind, and Disease.

 

Holy: Summons a pillar of light. Can be casted multiple times, but is weaker than it was before.

 

Sanguine Blade: Juno channels dark energy into her Keyblade, bathing it in black light. Absorbs vitality with each strike.

 

Sacrifice: Juno sacrifices vitality for power, weakening herself to increase her physical strength.

 

Dark Barrier: Juno creates a barrier of dark energy around her, blocking from all sides.

 

Nascent Requiem: Juno's Limit, born from the newly combined dark and light powers that are tearing her apart from the inside. Juno and her doppelganger forcibly seperate (causing considerable pain to both of them), slashing through any enemies around them with blinding speed and unquestionable strength.

"I'll give you 24 Hours to find me. If you don't find me by then, I'll set this place on fire!" Possessor remarked.

Rexon: "I'll be sure to give you the worst beat-down of your short, shouldn't-exist life! But the owner of this place will give you a more horrible experience when he or she finds out!" (Going to be offline for the next five days or so due to my mom heading to LA for a petition. My dads' place has no computer or internet access.)

"No one will ever find me!" Possessor said as he left. "Not even Evan!"

 

 

 

Possessor was at the Volcano. Just at the garden before entering it.

Lexia ran off into the main hall waiting for the students, Nathan, and Sekai to come meet her there. Hmm I wonder where Nathan is and how he will get us out of here, Lexia thought leaning against the wall looking up at the beautifully architectured ceiling. How come I've never noticed that before? I need to remeber to look up sometimes instead of down.....

"See you downstairs." Anya said to Eugene, hopping down and following Lexia into the main hall. I wonder what has happened to Master Juno? And Saez? Axus? We need to find out, they can't save the worlds be themselves.

"Looks like everyone is still not here" Nathan said as he walked downstairs from other side of mansion the Anya and master Lexia had come.

"Anyway, we may start, they will come here eventually" Suzia said following Nathan and casted projection of the Twilight Town. (This mansion was in Twilight Town if somebody wasn't sure) "We are currently here" Suzia explained and pointed on mansion. "These are enemy forces gathered around" Suzia said pointing on red emblems on map.

 

"I can't say for sure how many enemies there is, but we won't fight them to win, we shall bust through their defences and go to another world called Land of Departure. It's home of many keyblade masters and it will definitely be safe place to start" Suzia said and put small pieces of armor on desc nearby. "Everyone shall wear one of these. This will activate special armor what protects you from darkness aswell as from light. Nathan may demostrate it for you"

 

Nathan pressed piece of armor on his left hand and from flash of light he stepped on armor. "With this you also can change form of your keyblade to raider" Suzia explained and Nathan spun his keyblade changing it to board. "This will be safe way to go through enemy forces. They can't track us like they could if we just used "portals" what you used when you came here"

 

(This is what Nathan's armor looks like:

 

"I don't think that I need to wear that armor, after all I have accepted the darkness." Eugene said with a smirk on his face, "But I am trying to control it. And as far as being protected from light, I like taking the risky road so I don't need to wear the armor to be protected from anything."

Possessor threw a stick in the volcano in his normal form. "Nothing to do........... I feel like doing something, but it'll have to wait."

"I may not. However there is someone throughout the generations of keybladers that can. Saez, I have seen a glimpse into the future through a young keyblade wielder. His name is Ventus and I'm sure he will come though where I can't. I will accept my future but will do all I can to help," Tyrax spoke as if he knew that he was going to die. Tyrax then summoned both his keyblades. "I will at least try to balance the two. Your army means nothing against me Saez. You know that already," Tyrax said as he clutched his keyblades.

"My power, my army, darkness, it will mean everything soon!"

 

Saez went into a full on sprint towards Tyrax, a trail of darkness following him. Chaos Ripper materialized in his hand and he slashed down ferociously at Tyrax.

Evan walked inside the tower.... he lived there... he trained with Tyrax there..... an old memory destroyed, destroyed by the lie of his old master. - Looks like this place will not be the same.... that day, i was out on a mission from Master Sage... when i returned, the city was burned down.... i always believed that it was his fault... but now i see my mistake.... Maybe i can´t change the past... but i´ll protect my future and my frieds... no matter what.

 

He summons Oathkeeper and open a path ramdomly... - wherever it takes my journey begins here.. Tyrax, Rex, Lexia, Zanox, Saez... no matter what i´ll protect you. Evan said as he crossed the portal...

Tyrax clashed with Saez. He only used one keyblade at the moment. "You have gotten stronger. But your darkness has made you insane! Please don't do this. I don't want to fight you," Tyrax cried out to his old friend. Hh clutched his other kingdom key in his hand while staring at him. He looked at his facial expression. All signs of the intent to kill drew clear on Saez's face.

"Maybe, I should do it..........." Possessor said. A Huge burst of lava exploded and caused the garden to burn up. "Maybe, I can use this to cause a lava flood flow!" Possessor used dark orbs to make the volcano release even more Lava. It was headed down the path toward the Mansion, and soon the entire land. "I just wanted it to go to the mansion! Not the whole place! Nothing I can do, oh well."

"I'm so sorry." Juno didn't look away from the horizon. She knew who it was without looking. After all...

 

"What do you mean?" She asked, her voice empty.

 

"It hurts, doesn't it?" The doppelganger asked, leaning back against the low wall. She let out an exaggerated breath. "It has to. I'm sorry." They both glanced to each other, Juno's blue eyes meeting the shadow's gold. Juno turned back to the sun, lowering her head.

 

"I get it. It's alright." And she meant it. "It'll continue until I can accept you completely, but... I don't think I can." They stood there in silence for a few minutes, neither looking to the other.

 

"Can you see them again?" The shadow broke the silence. "Or... I guess, can you bring yourself to see them again?" More silence.

 

"I don't know." It wasn't until Juno felt arms around her neck that she snapped out of her daze, the shadow pressed up against her back.

 

"But I do. Trust me." Juno closed her eyes, the feeling vanishing. She was alone now, resting her head down on her hands.

Possessor followed the lava wave down the path toward the mansion. "Good Bye Ugly Mansion!" Possessor said. "Along with Zanox too!"

"Seriously.... i need to practice more... how to travel with this ... " Evan said as he was outside the portal.... huh? what´s this place? - He then saw a town, on a warm sunset... mmm the sunset... it´s just like in that island... so warm and relaxing... he was thinking about it when he saw a young near him. Her blue hair raising with the wing, with a calm demeanor... "that girl... we had met before?...oh right she is the one running outside the mansion when Saez arrived (Juno)" - Evan thougth. Her presence... it was not light neither darkness... both of them stronger.... Who are you? Are you alright? - Were the only words that Evan could say at the moment...

Saez jumped back from Tyrax's parry.

 

"Light and darkness clash. That is the way of things. They will always try to uproot each other. Always. Why not let the stronger one prevail?"

 

Saez charged Chaos Ripper with electricity and flung it, spinning, at Tyrax.

Tyrax said nothing more for he knew that if he did, it would be a waste of time. The only way to get to him now was to play his game. "Kai. We'll battle together," Tyrax said as he clutched his Kingdom Key of Light. The key sparkled in agreement as Tyrax moved out of harm's way. He then sent a crescent energy slice of light at Saez by swinging his keyblade diagonally from left to right.

Zanox bolted awake. Why am i trapped by this holy? He thought.

 

 

Possessor warped ahead of the lava into the mansion. "Hey, Zanox! Too Much of a good thing, wouldn't you say?" "Possessor?" "Lava is heading your way, and you're trapped. How cool is that?" "You did this!" "Not I. Your good old buddy Rexon did this." "Really?" "Yes, really. And because you're trapped here, and being the only one here, If you get out, I'm pinning the blame on YOU!" Zanox smashed the barrier. He saw the lava headed right this way. "No, No! NO!" He screamed. Possessor lifted Zanox up and created a battle field. The entire field was air. "Who ever loses, gets boiled! Possessor said. The lava flowed in, but the building did not burn, possibly of the mansion being special.
