Do you think it's possible that the HD collection of previous games can be announced in the next year or so?

 

Well although I think it's hard to happen, I'd be very happy, of course!

The fanbase, with "PS3 haz no gaemz".

 

Not that KH is likely to come to X-box, but X-box is FAR from popular in Japan, and in case you hadn't noticed, the directors of Kingdom Hearts cater to the Japanese far more than they do to the Americans or Europeans. Also, the engine being used for KH3 is the Crystal Tools engine, which is being used for FF VS XIII, a PS3 exclusive.

 

But what confounds me, is this: Why would any Kingdom Hearts fan, knowing that the numbered games have been on Playstation, get an X-box 360? I can only see the answer being "as a gift".

 

The xbox 360 is of my brother,i ALWAYS say to him: Sell this firetruck xbox,and get a PS3,you can play God of War,and me,KH3 *-*

And i take 3DS(two months ago) JUST for KH3D,it will be hard for me get a ps3 now....maybe next year.

I doubt it at this point.

But I'd much prefer to see an entirely new game. On a console.

I'd prefer a new game. The games aren't rly that old to beed a hd release. I'd be happy ofc but kinda waste of resources~

 

I actually think that it would be a good test to see how well KH would do on the current gen systems.

 

But to answer the original question, I really wish that they would, even though that i know its not very likely. Hopefully, Nomura wasn't kidding when he said he was doing research on making an HD collection or something like that.

But the games are either on ps2 or ds or psp (CoM did get to ps2 so doesn't count). Sure, ps2 isn't current gen but it's not that incredibly old either (though yes I understand that new gen ppl won't proly have it rly easy playing kh as in the older days but not thatttt hard). Instead of focusing making the games hd for only a generation up and only rly for khI/II since ds and psp are still current (vita isn't rly that much of a gen upgrade and we are getting a game for 3ds), I'd think it's better if made more games or start kh3 ; With our luck they might just start with hd instead of kh3 They could proly do some collection after kh3 is out just like in God of War!

I'd like to see days in HD or at least better graphics. The story was beautiful and HD would make it amazing.Plus, all the bubble talk is just not very good as compared to cutscenes.

I think it's possible, and i hope it will!

I really hope they would make an HD collection, even better if they remade the Final Mixes. It could be possible if Nomura wants a game out every year, because KH3 is going to take far longer than a year to complete, with it being the conclusion to the Xehanort Arc and being the next numbered title and console game, they are going to put everything they can into making it the best KH title to date! It couldnt take THAT much to remake games in HD, i could be wrong, but we'll just have to wait and see

Well to be fair, I got my xbox for halo, and soon there will have been 3 halo games released for it. And so far it looks like I made the right choice compared to how many Kingdom Hearts games there are on PS3

I think it would be cool if a HD collection of previous games was made, but only after KH3 has been created. They could bundle the HD games with the brand new game KH3. This would provide a good way to introduce Kingdom Hearts to a whole new generation.

How about HD versions of the Final Mix games with a language option? That would be awesome.

I just hope they don't put out any more handheld titles before Kingdom Hearts 3.

Dont have an HD system so I honestly dont want an HD collection forcing me to buy a ps3 or something.

I'd just rather a new game than an HD collection, but that's me. For others who would like said collection, I guess it would be cool.

I really hope it happens. It will introduce new audience I am sure coz of KH3D being popular and all. People will look for previous titles.
