Just saw that scene with Saix talking to Xemnas. More specifically, talking about ending this charade.

... was the real goal of the Organization planned from the start?

I'm pretty sure that the "charade" was Saix acting like a guide to Sora, and being unusually unaggressive. Once Xemnas gave him the go ahead, Saix immediately went to kill Sora.

Yea, Young Xehanort says it all the time, the organization was one of Xehanort's many plans to create the x-blade and control Kingdom Hearts and whatnot. So yea, the real intent of the organization was planned for years before...

It was planned by the Organization/Xehanort years ago, but not by Normura.

I know right! He just seems to go back and use his own scripts to make brilliant plot points!

Remember, the original Organization XIII were supposed to be the thirteen vessels. That plan almost immediately failed, however, once Sora and Riku started killing them off and they started to show signs of growing hearts. The "charade" of acting as vessels ended long before KHII. It's far more likely that Saix was asking permission to finally eliminate Sora.

 

That said, I'm all for the reinterpretation of the scene! If it's ambiguous and fits, go ahead and think of it as a hint to the larger conflict.

Im pretty sure xemnas had a talk with YMX during kh 2. However, he couldnt just suicide to result in the revival of the old MX lol. Still he didnt really want to kill sora since he was a vessel... so he decided the following: Xigbar, saix and xemnas would attack sora separately. If SORA WOULD DIE THEN IT WOULDNT BE REALLY A GOOD VESSEL LOL. (oups caps..) But if they would die... then the old MX would get revived and they d get sora as the thriteenth vessel.

 

Also: the plan never failed. YMX could bring up the vessels anytime he wanted to. example: ( if xigbar wouldnt die at kh2, ymx could still bring braig from the past etc.)

The Second goal was to unite Xemnas with Kingdom Hearts making him super freaking powerful. This was known by Xemnas and probably Xigbar. Unlikely for Saix, since throughout the games he keeps whining about how he doesn't have a heart and then throws tantrums.

The Third goal was to create 13 empty vessels to placee darkness into, to form a X-Blade. Nobody in the Organization knew this from what we can tell.

Xemnas in kh 3d said that after a certain time he knew his separation would be temporary. Besides xemnas true goal was to merge with the real kh not the kh2 artificial one. He needed the thirteenth vessels. Sure he didnt have MX in mind... but remember that MX ( AX actually) was the one who separated himself in the first place.. so he would like to get back. So since everythin got wrong xemnas had no choice.

 

Also: i know YMX had to get to his own time, i just meant: before YMX forgets all this and returns back. When he does ( kh 3d ending ) its up to the old guy to bring em back
