August 20, 201213 yr Is about to go into Year 11? I'm a little nervous, but really looking forward to it! Are you? I would. to bad i failed. most of my school last year. was replaying days and re:coded and BBS. andi didnt do anywork. i would just whip out my psp/ds. and start playing. and my teachers didnt care. and i slept in most of my classes lol. guess what im bringing to my first day tommorow? my 3ds xl and DDD... what am i doing with my life
August 20, 201213 yr I'm in year 11 right now =D I'm in Australia so I'm in the middle of the third term. It seems like such a huge thing, but honestly it hasn't been to hard. To give you some idea I am doing: Physics, Chemistry, English Studies, Mathematical Studies 1, Mathematical Studies 2, Mathematical Studies 3 and Pure Mathematics (or Specialist Mathematics). We do exams this year as practice for next year. The midterms were difficult as they were my first ever exams. I didn't do as well as I could have. But I got 74% for English Studies, Around 70-80% for Mathematical Studies 2. 75% in Chemistry and around 80% in Physics. I could have done better but I am pretty happy with my performance. I have huge exams at the end of this year which is daunting. Year 12 is going to be massive though, so worried =S But year 11 is fine. Do as much work as you can in class and you'll be fine. Do all your homework in Studies or as soon as you get home. Then you'll be able to play KH and be on KH13 all the time still =D But don't worry just have fun, but know when to focus. Hope I helped a little. Edited August 20, 201213 yr by KeybladeWielder_
August 20, 201213 yr I assume you chose what you're going to do. So there shouldn't be any problems? I start Year Eleven in February. Hopefully it's after the Super Bowl. But that's unlikely.
August 20, 201213 yr Good luck to all of ou, I just turned 23 yesterday so it's obvious I graduated a long time ago from high school and graduated 2 years ago and I'm now working as an Information Technology specialist, also a word of advice, don't go to college and study something for the money, study something because you really love it, if the two happily coincide then great, also do your best in the years you have left in high school and have a good day
August 20, 201213 yr Of what, Hogwarts? Give me some context. Wow, year 11 at Hogwarts... You'd have to be one shitty witch/wizard.
August 20, 201213 yr I found it to be like any other school year, but with Chemistry and Algebra II. Then I found my summer also included Algebra II, and my Senior year brought Chemistry with it as well. Kinda funny, I suppose.

August 22, 201213 yr yes, i guess not. Im more nervous about it being my final year with everyone i know, as no one elsenwants to go to the same college as i do good luck with your year eleven! May i ask what super bowl is? The Super Bowl is what's played at the end of the NFL Play-Offs. It's like the Grand Finale of the AFL. My team, the New England Patriots are fighting for their elusive fourth Super Bowl win.
August 22, 201213 yr Junior year as we call it in America was just rough. It was probably the hardest year of school. If you're a top student you have to balance out rigorous courses with extra-curriculars and begin thinking about the future.
August 24, 201213 yr Well if you mean doing A-levels (or high school i guess in America, I don't understand it), then I started mine last year o.o Got 3 A's and a E in my AS. Needless to say, dropping the fourth as it was just a filler I WILL HAVE TIME TO BREATHE NOW If year 11 is actually younger, like GCSE's/equivalent then been there done that, 4 A*s, 4 As and 2 Bs. Yet never happy with myself..): EDIT: and there's no need to worry, school is school. Do your best and you'll get what you deserve and more (: Edited August 24, 201213 yr by Caity Raindrop
August 24, 201213 yr Ok so Year 11 is...I can't type like Sora96, this is not my native shit. Ok so 11th Grade blows, just like every other grade/year/whatever. This time, people start call you down and they're like, "HAI WAT UR DOIN AFTER U GRADUATE", And then you don't know, and they're like welp http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-neutral.png Really not much to look foward to. Being a Senior now, and I expect this year to be just as meh as last years.
August 25, 201213 yr I thought you meant Kingdom Hearts-wise... like who's gonna be an 11 year fan... Derp.

I got some of my results (In my school,we do our GCSE's over two years) And I managed to get a B in both Core Science and RE, really pleased Junior year as we call it in America was just rough. My friends are all trying to get A* And I'm just here like *B grade student* I know what I wanna do in the future, though

My team, the New England Patriots are fighting for their elusive fourth Super Bowl win. Comrade! We shall get it this year! Also I feel weird, cause in my school the normal math for grade 11 was Algebra 3 or precalc, not algebra 2. ;
August 26, 201213 yr A students get thousands of dollars in scholarships... Not where I live. I'm a straight A-student, highest in my entire school, yet there's no guarantee I'll get a scholarship of any kind. It may be in America where's there's tons of Universities looking for students, but in the country I live in, there's 2, and at most you would get a grand, which is just a quarter of the money need for one years tuition fee.

Oh, where do you live? Up north in Canada, my friend's girlfriend got a thirty thousand dollar scholarship,and she's not even top of the school.That sucks for you....
August 26, 201213 yr Oh, where do you live? Up north in Canada, my friend's girlfriend got a thirty thousand dollar scholarship,and she's not even top of the school. That sucks for you.... Northern Ireland ): I've been in the newspaper and all for having amazing grades and it will do me no good when it actually comes to Uni when I have no money to pay for it. I would be happy to travel somewhere else to try and get a scholarship, but I couldn't cover the expense of actually getting anywhere (i've never even been on holiday outside of the UK, i'm 18 and the most i've done is got a ferry and 12 hour long coach to London to see family). Also can't study in my neighboring country England cause the cost of tuition there is now 9K (instead of 4K here) since our Prime Minister allowed universities to charge whatever they want.

I feel really bad for you. If I actually had money, I'd totally send you some A person who is skilled should be rewarded as such. Have you considered going to schools and speaking about trying hard and all that? Or, I mean, being in the newspaper must at least give you enough credit to find a good job, right?
Is about to go into Year 11? I'm a little nervous, but really looking forward to it! Are you?
