In Kingdom Hearts, Sora stab himself with the people of heart's keyblade in order to release Kairi's. With this process created both Roxas and Namine. and here's my question:

 

Since Namine is formed from Sora's body and soul and the same goes for Roxas, doesn't that technically make them brother and sister?

Looking back, their interactions did give off more of a sibling vibe than one of romance, so I suppose that could work.

Lea once again is the master at responses! Namine is exactly that; an anomoly born from Kairi's heart and Sora's Body and Soul. Her name doesn't even reflect Kairi's in anyway besides that their meanings both relate to water.

This is compicated. I mean aqua put a spell on kairi so that if she was ever in trouble she could store her heart in someone. That's Sora. Kairi's heart was taken by the heartless, however because she was a princess, they couldn't turn her into a heartless. When Sora released her heart, he also opened his heart to darkness and became a heartless. Roxas was created then. A Nobody is the empty shell of someone who became a heartless, and had a strong heart. And then came Sora coming back, and both he and Roxas could not exist. I can honestly say I don't know where Namine came from, since Kairi never truly became a heartless.
