Dude, Dancer is my second choice. Especially the FFXI dancers. I would totes hit the gym 10 hours a day to look good enough in that costume.

FF3 Ninja all the way. What can go wrong with turning those useless daggers you get in the beginning of the game into deadly projectiles (and dem shurikens)?

Summoner's been in a choosable class in III, V, XI, and all the Tactics games. IV, IX, X all had characters there were summoners (Rydia, Eiko and Garnet, Yuna). VI, VII, VIII, and XII all had ways for everyone to summon creatures (magicites, materia, GF equips, and summoning on the license board).

 

Persoanlly I like the old school summons (Shiva, Ifirt, etc) as opposed to the set in FFXII. Sure they were cool, and had a bit more of a story than most summons...but i really like Shiva T^T

Which Onion Knight? Classic Onion Knght (AKA Freelancer) or modern, secret, optional, god tier Onion Knight?

I thought there were only two onion knight classes? Classic or the secret one.

Oooh, let's see... I love my status effect magic, but I also like carrying myself in a fight. Must be Red Mage. Either that or a utility character that is good at a little bit of everything (I made Setzer into the best Utility man ever. Master of nothing, but always there to cast the right spell).

As a duo of RDMs we could destroy the world. In FFXI, RDM duos with the right subclasses were just....scary and could take out A LOT of the toughest rare monsters by themselves.

Why not a time mage? You get a lot of the best status spells, plus offensive stuff like meteor and comet.

(Red Mages don't tend to have many status spells if memory serves)
