If you got sucked into a Final Fantasy game somehow, what would your job class be, and why?

Why not a time mage? You get a lot of the best status spells, plus offensive stuff like meteor and comet.

(Red Mages don't tend to have many status spells if memory serves)

 

It truly depends on the game. This is the FFXI rdm spell list; lots of status and buffing spells. And haste. mmmmmmmmmmmmm. haste.

Personally I like the versatility of the Red Mage, even though they are a jack of all trades, and master of none.

 

I do like the Mystic Knight class though- it seems like an upgrade from Red Mage.

 

Mime comes as a close third, but you can't beat the Red Mage's hat!

Yes. I already know I can't attack well. That's why I picked White Mage in the first place. I cure people, and Holy monsters faces off.

I don't like to follow the ff job logic because it means i could only use one type of weapon. I can use any weapon and I'm good without one too. I have no idea what class that is.

I guess, but I can use things that aren't weapons, as well. I could probably figure out how to equip a tent as a weapon or something like that.
