Ok so I wasn't sure where to put this (and I apologize if there's already something like this), but it applies to all the KH games. I just put it here because this is the game I remember having a lot of silly mistakes.

I was playing Re:CoM and was fighting Vexen....with nothing but blizzard in my deck....not realizing it was giving him his health back.....yeah that took forever to figure out. I did the same with Larxene and Axel as well -_______________-*

 

Sooooooo what I'm asking is.....did anybody experience a silly mistake in any KH game where they had to facepalm themselves? It could be something you did or someone else and it doesn't have to be as goofy as mine (don't judge I was still new to the series ). Onward with the silliness!

First time playing KH2, when your playing as Roxas, I skipped the tutorial text in black boxes, so I didn't know you had to lock on to the cat, and I spent 2 hours trying to hop up to that cat. *facepalm*

When I first played KH1, it took me at least an hour and a half to find that seagull egg.

Yeah, I know this is only for CoM, but since everyone else is doing it and I didn't mess up much in CoM, what the hell.

In Days, on that recon tutorial mission, I couldn't figure out how to find things. I kept running around not knowing what to do.

I used fire-element Keyblade cards in the battle with Axel. That didn't work. At all.

When I first played KH1, it took me at least an hour and a half to find that seagull egg.

 

LOL same with me except it was the stinking last coconut. It took legit 2 days for me to find out how to even get the coconuts O.o

In kingdom hearts 1, at the End of the World, I always jumped into the second to last glowy pit thing instead of going one beam further, so I thought that Chernabog was the final boss and I felt like an idiot because I couldn't beat him for weeks. And then one day my brother was playing in the End of the World and I was all "WHAT?!" And he was all "Derrrrrrrrr" and I felt like an even bigger idiot. Yeah.

Yeah, I know this is only for CoM, but since everyone else is doing it and I didn't mess up much in CoM, what the hell.

Haha that's ok, in Days I always used the wrong element attack on those weird armored Heartless....think it's called a slasher, zipper, and 2 others.

That first race with Riku always goes relatively well until you jump off of that ledge and miss the next step up to the star. Then you finally make it to the star and you fall off of the first trees. And then you give up on the high road and try to take the low road back, but can't jump just right up that little cliff thing. And the whole time I'm sure Riku and Kairi are laughing their faces off. At least, that's how it goes for everyone I've ever watched playing it for the first time.

*sigh* I must say I've done this as well Everything is going all fine and dandy, beating Riku by a longshot, then BAM the wood falls.......maybe Xehanort was trolling the islands and pulled it from underneath O_o

I think that Destiny islands in KH1 is the winner for the most stupid moments happened here award.

My friend and I were playing KH1, and I thought I found a loophole in the whole Gummie Ship System.

I told my friend, "Hey look! If you stay in the top corner, you'll never get hit."

She moved the ship accordingly.

Getting knocked off the edge of Hollow Bastion by a wyvern and having to climb all the way back up. Several times in a row.

Another one I just remembered......I recently just figured this out a month or so ago. I now know why Digital Hayner, Pence, and Olette didn't want Roxas going to the mansion on their quest to find the Wonders of Twilight Town.....because it was really DiZ controlling them...and he didn't want Roxas to find out about Sora.....yeah...big derp on my part. My friend facepalmed herself and couldn't stop laughing at me for a couple minutes T~T

In KH1 when you back to Hollow Bastion to seal the keyhole, both me and my sister couldn't figure out what we were supposed to do or where to go. We even went past the chapel a couple times and thought, "Nah, not that way."

It took us several weeks to figure it out.

 

In KH2 me and my sister couldn't figure out how to beat Xigbar and had to have my friend show us how to dodge that stupid attack of his. I guess I forgot that when in doubt, run in a circle.

Also I went from the Library in Hollow Bastion to Maleficent's room and lost against the dragon form. Running out of time to play (my parents only let me play an hour at a time), I had to re-climb the castle four times on four separate days just to get to the battle and lose to her because the Library was the closest Save Point. I finally won on the fifth day. Then, on my next playthrough, I realized that there was a Save Point after the first Maleficent battle and right before the battle I kept losing.

Facepalm. Thanks for letting me know. My strategy has been to spam Reflect and then Curaga when MP is about to run out, and then Final Form when my HP was almost out...

I accidently dropped a meteor on MX's head intstead of cutting him with zantetsuken.
