I'd go to another world where people do have super powers.

every power comes with a drawback or weakness right?

there`s a book about people who can control lightining. there is this one girl who can act like a lightining rod and take away their powers,

but the Protagonist can generate lightining conitously and the girl basically absorbed so much power she was over-loaded and KO`d.

wouldn`t that be a possibilty if you absorbed some much power it destroyed you?

or could you absorb ONLY our powers without getting our weakneses?
