If you were a Video Game Antagonist...

Posted

What would your goals be? Well, mine would be to become God and create a new world for myself. I made that concept REALLY complex in my story though. Maybe I should post it sometime. Also, how would you fight, and what would your battle theme be like? I'd personally fight with magic mostly, and come up for the kill when down 50% health. As for my music I'd like it to be a cross between these two. (Despite being quite a bit different.)

My ultimate goal would be annihilation of the planet in order to 'cleanse' it. I would first disguise myself as an ally, and trick the protagonist into helping me accomplish my goals.

I would be a renowned fighter, known for my intelligence and speed.

Form an intergalctic empire, spanning the entire width of the Milky Way.

Personal combat wouldn't be my preferred area, rather, commanding my forces from the shadows. I would also be completely ruthless, willing to destroy systems to ensure the hero's actions would not cause instability.

I wouldn't have a theme, I don't fight.

I'd be the antagonist that was trying to do good based on my personal ideas that I got warped into something I'm not truly.

Kind of like Seifer from FFVIII.

If I would be antagonist, good guys wouldn't stand a change

My goal would be to impregnate the whole world. So that everyone would be in my godly image. My powers would be magic logic defying baby juice and this would be my theme song.

To make both everyone and/or everything realise how pointless they are whilst trying to force them into what i believe is what they deserve.

I would be like Plankton - the little to no attention given villain who tries to do bad things but nobody even notices to the point that if they even did notice, they could wipe me out with a snap of their fingers.

If I was an antagonist, I would be the male younger verison of Maleficent. I would have short black hair and wear something close to Maleficent's clothing except for the fact it would not have the waves and be total black. I would use dark magic with my trusted spetator and be able to turn into a total black as night dragon. My goals would be to rule every world and do away with the light. My music would be something like Sephiroth's song.

I'd simply rule the world.

Well, If I was the antagonist of a story, my goal will be the domination of the world, making it sucumb into the darkness; and also enslaving its inhabitants's souls. I would make the hero or heroes believe that my goal is to destroy everything; by using someone else's body.

the theme song will be something like a combination of these themes:

I might have a few 'nice' pets like a hydra and hell hound.

Well I wouldn't be old and a failure, sorry Xehanort. Idk I guess start a war and be like "Yeah that's right people you never stood a chance!"

Getting the last soda in the fridge would be my goal, and I'd kill anyone to get it.

To stop the evil protagonist.

Uh uh uh, you said Antagonist, not bad guy. So I can still be good as long as I oppose the protagonist, who would be evil.

everyone sucks and im going to take you all down with me

I would cause the world to an hero, because damn it, this world sucks and needs a do-over.

So I'd basically be like every major villain in every Shin Megami Tensei game.

I haven't seen that concept since Death Note. Oh wait...

I would remove all reason and logic from existence, reducing everything to madness. Nothing would mean anything, and any attempt to rationalize your being would be worthless, as all the rules are inconsistent and every changing. The only recourse is insanity, your very soul being no more than an amorpheous blob.

My boss battle would be a constant shift of gameplay elements, first person shooter one second, turn based rpg the other, and then perhaps a shift into 2D platforming. No rhyme or reason for the sequence, and the more shifts the better.

The general theme would either be The End by the Doors, or White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane.

That's a good one, and the constant shifting during battle resembles your intentions of constant change to erase ratoinality. I have to say, unless you got this from something, it was new and a pretty good idea.

Be a dick to the protagonist for absolutely no reason.

All original, from yours truly. And thank you very much. :)
