Sonic is awesome.

I'm gonna see Wreck-It-Ralph because 1. It's about videogame characters. 2. Adam Young (Owl City) is singing in it.

I watch the music trailer and sonic is in it. he even gets hit by the big ship thing and rings pop out of him. I really think I'm going to enjoy this movie, even though that it doesn't make any since to me why sonic or bowser are in it. they didn't make an arcade debut like mario or the rest of the characters in the film. also mario not in it. I would love to see donkey kong(arcade game) reference or a joke to tie in with that game.

My favorite Sonic has to be Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Sonic is awesome... except for some of the more recent ones... except Generations. Generations was pretty good.

Me...But I also hate and despise Sega despite being a sonic fan and there are soo many reasons for that.

Sonic 2

Sonic Adventure 1 & 2

 

Sonic & The Secret Ring

 

Sonic Rush

 

Sonic Riders Zero Gravity (Wii Version)

 

Sonic Heroes(except of the awful voice acting and stupid dialogue...the game is actually really good )

 

Sonic Unleashed(except of the rehashed story elements and some plot flaws....the gameplay was fun and the werehog wasn't bad)

 

List of Sonic games that I hate:

 

Sonic 06(This is not only the worst Sonic game...this is the WORST game I ever played in my life because it destroyed my good image about sonic for a while)

 

Sonic Chronicles(gameplay is good but the ending and most of the plot is stupid especially the ending)

 

Sonic R (Shitty controls and awful music......can't you feel the sunshie it lighten up your day...don't you feel it sometimes that you just have to run away......YES I INDEED RAN AWAY)

 

Sonic CD(Sooo easy and soo barebones...Stupid generators that you have to get for the good ending and the good ending itself isn't canon.....Sonic 4 Episode 2 proves that+I played the 2011 version and the game was only fun when you play as tails....because playing as tails is HOW THE GAME MEANT TO BE PLAYED...)

 

Sonic Generations(ooooooh boy Sonic Fans are gonna kill me for this....the game isn't bad but I just don't like it for soo many reasons and those reasons are not nostalgia related)

 

 

 

 

other Sonic games that I've played some of them I love and Some of them is in an inbetween state of love and hate........but in the end

 

I love Sonic so much....not as much as Mega Man but I still love Sonic....and I hope Sega won't screw with the franchise once again.

I really like Sonic. The earliest video game I can remember playing is Sonic the Hedgehog 2. All the Genesis Sonic games and Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 are gold. I have also read I don't know, say, 90% of all the comics so far.

You've build a badass battleship in the Metarix arc in Sonic X....why didn't you build more of them??? You could've helped Sonic a lot with those but Sega seems to ran out of good ideas for you.

This guy!!! I like all sonic games, recently played and beat 06 and yes even it (BUT THAT ************** LOADING!!!!!!!!!!!!) wasn't all that bad. I can't wait to see what else is in store for Sonic that SEGA is cooking up. Hopefully it will blow everyone's minds so all this complaining can settle down (cuz it will never stop lol). The one thing I look for in the next game is the story/gameplay being a bit longer.

haha well i always assumed if you like the series, you kinda like some of the cast in general. Then again that's just me

First time I stepped into the red and white sneakers was about 10 years ago....my grandpa had a Sega Genesis in his storage. He didn't use it, but he knew I liked video games, so he let me play it when ever I came over. There was a whole bunch of games in there....but two stood out the most: Sonic 2 and Sonic Spinball. I count these two games as my childhood. They were super special awesome!

 

And as expected, I got interested in the blue dude a little more....eventually I picked up the little compilation disc for the Gamecube. I played every single game on there, and it was awesome!

 

I didn't have much to do with Sonic as far as new releases did.....i did buy Secret Of The Rings....regrettably...

 

But aside from that.....its nice to see the blue dude make a comeback with Generations.

I feel that Episode 2 was held back a bit. But i think SEGA is looking to make something great next time. But like you said, anything is possible...

I only played StH4e1 demo and I hated the style. They should of tried to make it more like the originals.
