I highly doubt that it's coming out for Merikah, due to the Final Mix content.But would it hurt to just have the same voice actors as in the first game? ._. EDIT: People in the gaming industry are usually sworn to secrecy concerning upcoming games (for which I assume it would be noted with some form of compensation or punishment in their contract if they did reveal any news). So I doubt anyone would risk losing their job (or future jobs since it'll be seen as "if you tell them, they'll tell everyone else right away so there's no suspense") by telling anyone who asks them. Think of all the people who pass Nomura asking "WHATS GONNA HAPPEN IN KH3" if he told them all right away there'd be no suspense or surprise to the actual story.
