Square Enix has announced the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary Ultimate Box collection. Featuring the 13 main games in the series and a range of bonus items, it’s set for release in Japan on December 18 for 35,000 yen. The box is supposed to weight around 5kg (11 pounds) and includes nearly every Final Fantasy game that has been released until now.

I want it. It is expensive for how much it costs but it would be worth it since I haven't played some of them and have lost some of mine.

But wouldn't them re-releasing early copies of games that are hard to find lower the value? Plus, I'd imagine they'd want the copies that released back in the day...I would if I collected FF things.

not really since its a limited edition bundle, and costs a lot of money. not a lot of people would be willing to buy it, and they arent coming out seperately

I would not want to rebuy the PS1 just for this... not worth it.

Whelp, I guess it's your hypothetical money then. I'm fine with my disc-only copy of FFVII I got for like $15. :V

That's the most majestic box I have ever seen

I nearly fell over when I first saw this boxed set. I already own most of the games so I probably wouldn't buy it, but it's sure magnificent to look at. If I needed more of the FF games I'd definitely be in on it.

I'm buying that if it comes out in north america, omfg.
