Who would make a better Dissidia villain for Zack in a possible future Dissidia game maybe?

I don't really see how you can qualify Angeal as a villain :/

Sure, they fight, but that's about it

Well i think the same goes for Golbez, Kuja and Jecht of whom redeemed themselves in the end like Angeal did yet were still chosen as Dissidia villains for their hero counterparts Cecil, Zidane and Tidus so yeah why not the same for Angeal?

Golbez, Kuja and Jecht act as active antagonists for the entire game though

True but Angeal acted like an antagonist himself throughout most parts of Crisis Core.

Having Angeal in Dissidia would be fun but I wouldn't clarify him as a villain, so I would have to say Genesis

Fair enough.

I would like Genesis better. Because then, Netherit could then texture-hack him to look like Dante! Speaking of which, I wonder how Nomura would reply if-oh, I'm gonna do it anyway. Tetsuya Nomura, I speak directly to you. I request you to have Genesis's DLC costume look like Dante from Devil May Cry 3, if Genesis will be in Dissida Quattuordecim.

For a Dissidia villain i would choose Genesis, Angel is not much of a bad guy

Until now they didn't put any unnumbered title in Dissidia so I don't think we would even have Crisis Core in the game unless they decided to go into specifics in each numbered title.

I don't think either would be a good villain. Genesis was only doing what he did to meet his mother again. Angeal... was doing Angeal stuff. I'm not sure what he was thinking, really.

Genesis, of course. He would be a better villain than Angeal.

Overall I think Genesis would make a better villain. Angeal is too honorable to take as an antagonist seriously. Even during his turning point in Crisis Core he still aided Zack, and it seemed that he still was trying to do what he thought was right (in an, erm, odd sort of way).

I love Angeal, almost as much as Zack, and I'd love to see him in Dissidia, but I'm afraid for the sake of having a good villain I'd have to vote for Genesis. Even if Genesis isn't all that evil, he'd do the job better.
