Bring us more hearts!". So how come frome the moment Sora wakes up, they're trying to kill him? I can't see how that helps them harvest hearts.

Well, MX sent Neo Shadows to attack Ventus when he wanted the X-blade, so i guess this is some kind of Xehanort-logic or just good old Nomuralogic

I think it was make him a bit stronger so he could continue collecting hearts.

The Dusks and the other smaller Nobodies were probably attacking him because they mistook him for Roxas, who basically had a bounty on his head for leaving the Organization. And if you look at the Organization, he was hindering their overall plans every time he came across one really. (That's for KH2) for Castle Oblivion he was still trying to hinder their plans, even though he had no clue what they were, but they attacked him physically so they could get close enough to attack him mentally too...So it make sense for the Nobodies to attack him. And for DDD it was more mental attacking basically until the end...

Now, weather that makes you 'bad' or 'impure' is another matter. Now that I've tried to clear that up, please keep this on topic. I'd love to be a part of this community, but I cannot tolerate it if this is what a post is reduced to in a single day. This is shameful. And what I meant is, it seems clear the Org control the heartless, so why not just use those? And why fight Sora to the point of death if they need him going to reap hearts?

I'd like to see a sympathetic Light-based antagonist who wants to "help" everyone via Darkness-extractions.

 

TAV could qualify, given how badly Darkness has screwed them over. They'd essentially become the anti-SRK.
