We are considering, in addition to our current Forum Team, having a set of sectional moderators. The Forum Team would become global moderators, and in addition, we would hire sectional moderators-- people whose duty it is to pick a section (or sections if you have lots of time on your hands), and be expected to read every single post in that forum, and deal with them accordingly.

 

Please let me know if you're interested, and what forum(s) you would be interested in being in-charge of. Don't worry about your gender / how active you are or anything, just let me know so I can get a feel for who's interested.

I'm interested and I'll do any section you need except Fun and Games. Too many topics/posts there. But if you'd need me to do it I'd do it.

 

Like Libirica, I don't have much to do with my life either. I'd like to do something productive for a change, and I'd love to be a mod here. It would take a bit for me to get the hang of actually moderating something for a change, so if I am chosen, bear with me.

I'd like too. These day's theres not much to do in my personal time and I think this would be rather suiting and a fun experience! I'd prefer the Random Section seeing as how I post around there a lot, but any section would do. I'm on pretty much a lot, The people of this community are pretty great, and It would be an honor to serve as a sectional mod of this site. I don't guarantee I'd be the greatest mod ever but I'd do my best.

Dear DC,

 

I want to be a sectional moderator in the Introduce Yourself/ Creative Media/ Forum Games section.

In addition to my application for "All sections"

I would prefer Introduce Yourself, Final Fantasy series, and Roleplaying.

I would like to offer my services. While I am not the most active member in post count, I am very much so use to lurking and reading many posts. Since most of my time here is doing that, putting it to use would be something that I'd definitely be interested in. I would be fine with any one of these:

• Video Games
• Real Life News
• Media
• Personal

 

On a side note, I frequent a forum that has a sectional moderator system (mods for each section as well as global mods), and it works very well. 

 

EDIT:

If it means anything, this isn't something I decided in the spur of the moment. I mulled over this all day, and decided that I would be happy to do this, as well as accept the hard ships associated with it.
