I have been feeling in the mood of writing recently so here are my predictions for KH this year.

 

1. KH3D Final Mix Announcement. Want it or not, Square Enix is trying to gain more time for KH3 and to re-release KH3D will grant them some. However, due the low sales of the game in Japan (in comparison of the previous handheld games) could either be harmful or helpful in case KH3D FM is released. That and that the west version didn't included any extra content.

 

2. KH1.5 HD Mix announced for the West. This is pretty probable, especially since KH sells better in the west. It could also be announced for other consoles at a later date. Let's not forget that Nintendo asked SE to make a KH game for their new console (KH3D for 3DS) so who knows.

 

3. KH2.5 HD Mix Announcement  It is sort of confirmed, we only need to know which games will be bundled. KH2 is 100% certain it will be in the mix, KHBBS could also have a chance, KH3D, while somewhat improbable, it could also work and some cutscenes from Coded could be included (since it looks that no one wants to replay the game again). 

 

4. KH3 Teaser. If predictions 1 and/or 3 are true, we could have a small teaser (in video form) in either of them. The secret message in KH3D announced the HD remakes : "The past will be reawakened as a new number in never-before-seen detail" and KH3 in some form: " Prepare yourself for the awakening of the next number." Also, there are strong rumors that the new consoles (rumored to be PS4 and Xbox 720) will be announced and released this year so the announcement could coincide with the unveiling of Sony's next console. If it happens, it could be released in a year or two.

I'm not sure if EVERYTHING here'll happen in KH13... especially the KH3 Teaser

Well i think the kh2.5 will contain kh2 and khddd (and maybe coded scenes)Why? Because Nomura MIGHT decide to make kh0.5 and that would work perfectly with bbs v1 and 2 in it.But then i could be wrong. Let's just keep our pants on and wait

1. well..since that Nintendo 3DS had that stupid region lock so the game will absolutely for Japanese only

3. hoping a full HD cutscene of Re:Coded, maybe for BbS too..it will take a long time to have a remake for BbS

When are We Going to get some news For KH3!? We Haven't had any updates on KH3!

im not sure about the teaser or kh3dFM. They seem to be very unlikely this year. Not to mention SE is working on KH For PC Browsers (Even though its JUST a web game with no connection to main plot). KH 1.5 will be released during this year of course and Nomura has mentioned something about 2.5 so its very likely it will be released. BBS and KH3D are too new games to need HD remakes. I bet we could hear about Re:Coded being made into 2.5

It sounds logical. Yet, they would have to change some things in KH3D since it used the touch screen a lot, specially for the Reality Shifts, but they can get rid of them. 

 

However, they could shorten the game and include only the most important parts.

• Release in 2013 for JP. Western release is a maybe, but I am confident it will happen
• Nomura said "it would be unnatural" if there was no KH HD 2.5 Remix
• Maybe if FFVSXIII is released this year. If not then, no. Remember, Hashimoto said "see you in 2013" just before TGS 2012.

Only ones I'm expecting are 2 and 3. FMs are usually announced quickly after the regular version has released in Japan and it's been months. An FM version of 3D would have been announced a long time ago. Not to mention the FMs seem to be Sony exclusive. As for KH3, it's too early to show teasers for a game that isn't even in pre-production yet and depends on the completion of another game. I think Nomura learned his lesson after Versus and other products like the FFX remaster. Those were games that were announced way to early and as a result, left many fans frustrated and unsatisfied. Re:MIX 1.5 was being worked on for 2 years before it was announced becuase it was nearing completion, I don't expect any official news for KH3 until after work on it has begun. In fact, I prefer that they not tell us anything until a while after they've started working on it rather than telling us stuff from the beginning. Seeing as the Re:MIXs are for the PS3 I expect KH3 to release on the same system.  

 

I also expect more news for the nearly forgotten about KH Browser game.
