Hey there! These are the signups for my newest RP concept; The Experiment. It's a new world and concept unrelated to any game or show, if you read the brief below you'll learn more about the concept, and if you're at all interested, hopefully you'll sign up as well!

 

"In the modern day, everything seems as it should be. It is not. Every day the world refuses to agknowledge the prescence of those stronger than them. Smarter than them. Better than them. You see, what we think of as humanity is not entirely human. A very small percentage of them are more. They have abilities beyond normal capacity or even understanding. Flight, telepathy, elemantal control... you name it. Why do they have these abilities? No-one knows. Well, no-one except me. You may call me Xi. I know about these abilities, and I know who has them. Why do I know these things? I won't tell now, all in due time.

 

It is what I have done with this information that is worth telling you. I have kidnapped several of these "special" people. They've all been put on a small island- what was once a military base. It's made up of beaches and runways, bunkers and palm trees. There's more to this island than meets the eye, and that is why I've put these people here. They have been selected. Selected for The Experiment. They cannot leave until it is finished. Until I have what I seek from them. There is a secret to these people that even they do not know themselves; a secret more amazing than even their powers. So what is this secret? What is that I seek? It is time to find out. Through their interactions, through their compassion and their fury they shall play my game, and it is a game of which I shall be the only winner.

If that brief at all intrigues you, please read the rules and create a character, the more the better!

 

Rules

• The major rule is this; please enjoy yourself. Stick around as much as you can- the more that everyone posts the more the story can advance, so have a good time and don't be afraid to have your character make some strange or interesting decisions, it will only make the RP more interesting.
• Interact with other people. Please don't spend all your time having your character reflect on their troubled past or such. This RP is about the characters and their relationships and interactions, and it will work much better if you take an interest in the story being told by everyone, not just yourself.
• Your character's power cannot cause an unfair advantage over other players. Time-stopping is an exmaple of a power that could out-match just about any other one. Create your power, but make it limited, that will make it all the more interesting when powers are used against each other and fights are even.
• Go with the flow. People will make their own choices and the story will encounter a few twists and turns. It's more interesting when characters have to deal with thos twists naturally.
• General RP Rules of course apply.

Ha Ha!!

So then, he can literally alter ANY FORCE (Which vectors define in Physics) however he wants. And literally ANYTHING, from a raid by atoms to the Big freaking Bang.

He can explode the ground beneath him to make a crater of temporarily attacking rocks.

He can willingly change the magnitude of anything he comes in contact with, again, ANYTHING and ANY magnitude, from a squirt of a water gun to again, the Big freaking Bang.

He can control the winds HOWEVER HE WANTS

He can convert wind into PLASMA

He can blast a kinetic force which, literally as an example there, states that he can use Earth's ROTATIONAL FORCE as a blast of enormous energy.

He can fly with four tornados (I'm not even going to yell anymore)

He can control gravity

He can control the minds of people to his will.

He can analyze unknown forces so long as they have come in contact with him

He can redirect bullets instantaneously with more speed, force, and accuracy.

(Screw this) HE CAN GO INTO A SUBCONSCIOUS STATE WITH THE ABILITY TO CONTROL ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING WITHOUT BEING IN CONTACT, HE GAINS BLACK WINGS OF DARK MATTER THAT SOMEHOW DO ALL THE VECTOR "PHYSICS" CALCULATIONS FOR HIM, AND APPARENTLY SPEAKS IN ENOCHIAN.

He's an inventive genius and good with machines, which is somehow an ability compared to the rest.

He can use magic, which is awfully abstract.

He happens to know plenty about this abstract art of magic.

He is inhumanely proficient with firearm/gun weapons.

Not according to that article, and the basis of powers under our characters. The only people to possibly beat him would Sylar, after killing every other character, Hero, or Xi. Schemer summed it up.

I don't want to be rude or anything, in fact your avatar's awesome. Just putting that out there

 

However, the character's extremely overpowered. You should probably tone it down. A lot. A lot as in by tenfold. Or a hundredfold.

Or just a completely new thing.

2 things firstly remember my first 2 characters one has the ability to stop any magic or psychic by placing her right hand in the direction of the attack or by touching the caster/enemy on the forehead

and secondly if you want you could choose three of the minor abilities of vector change e.g. flight, earth stomp, plasma storm. (only an example you could choose what they are

Hate to admit,but i got a feeling that your powers are like God-modding,but if MDS accepting you,then so am i but please don't troll others.....i MEAN it...anyways,have fun at the RP!

Oooh. Well, I think you'd be fine as an rper. You just write what your character does. I've only been doing it for a year, and look at me now!

We've got quite a few bad guys as is, which isn't something I'm against, but, as others have said, that power

is a bit too powerful, mostly because it's very open-ended, which makes

it tough for anyone to know how to handle that character in a battle.
