March 25, 201312 yr Norway believes in rehabilitation, not punishment. If they treat them right and work to change them so they don't do that again... Well. Statistics say that Norway's criminals don't really commit crime upon release. I think. Or, if they do, it's just to get back there

March 25, 201312 yr I want to be there too! And then when you commit a crime in norway they send you to a really bad prison in some other country because theirs are full.
