For more information on this role-play, please visit the sign-ups and discussion thread: http://kh13.com/forum/topic/51791-inside-the-organization-rp-sign-ups/

NOTE: I'll be posting here when Organization members become available. Currently, Xaldin is available. If you would like this character, please post in the sign-ups or PM me.

Due to current scenarios taking place, the following characters are temporarily available: Sora, Riku, Riku Replica, Namine, Pence, Hayner, DiZ.  Please note that these characters may not be present for long, though it'd be great if we could find players to take these roles for now.  If interested, please post in the signups, here, or PM me!

This is the official role-play for Inside the Organization. Here is where the fourteen members of Organization's fate will be decided by its players. Organization members will go on missions designated by Xemnas and Saix, as well as take part in other personal endeavors of their own. The time this RP takes place in is at the beginning of 358/2 Days. However, there is no need to follow the 358/2 Days storyline. In fact, it'd probably be all the more interesting if we change it up a little. For example, Roxas and Axel could be enemies, or Vexen and Marluxia could be working together to overthrow the Organization together. It's all up to you.

I would highly recommend following this topic, so that way you'll get a notice when activity occurs and won't have to check back here as frequently for updates. (Not to mention it'll probably help you keep on top of things.)

Our current players are:

  • [*]No. I: Xemnas -- FictionalCharacterWish [*]No. II: Xigbar -- RikunobodyXIII [*]No. III: Xaldin -- temporarily filled by FictionalCharacterWish [*]No. IV: Vexen -- Mystics Apprentice [*]No. V: Lexeaus -- Dave [*]No. VI: Zexion -- Mystics Apprentice [*]No. VII Saix -- Lunar Berserker [*]No. VIII: Axel -- Pretium [*]No. IX: Demyx -- X-Blade_Wielder [*]No. X: Luxord -- Sikota Urinakano [*]No. XI: Marluxia -- Dave [*]No. XII: Larxene -- Yuffie Kisaragi [*]No. XIII: Roxas -- Silver Kuroi [*]No. XIV: Xion -- Sora's Baby

Temporary characters: (these are characters that exist to fit the current scenario; they aren't permanent and could disappear with the course of the RP.)

  • Sora -- Lunar Berserker
  • Riku -- (currently available; will be taken by Sikota Urinakano after Castle Oblivion)
  • Riku Replica -- Yuffie Kisaragi
  • Naminé -- Lunar Berserker
  • Hayner -- X-Blade_Wielder
  • DiZ -- Obi-Wan

An important note regarding dropping characters! If, for any reason, you'd like to drop out of this role-play at any time, please contact me. I won't mind a bit, but I'd like to make your character available to others who'd be interested in picking up your role. In addition, if you've been absent from the role-play for one week, your character will be considered abandoned and will be made available for other players. If there's a particular reason why you'll be absent for a week but would still like your character, please contact me; I'd be happy to hold onto your character. This is so that the role-play can remain as lively as possible, and that way everyone gets a fair chance at playing characters they want.

Now, then, here's the opening situation for Organization XIII:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demyx, Luxord, Saix, and Xigbar are in the Gray Room. Saix has recently received an important letter from Xemnas, which he has yet to open. Demyx and Luxord are sitting on the couches, doing something to entertain themselves. Xigbar has just returned from a mission in Agrabah.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roxas and Xion have just completed a mission in Beasts Castle, to which they must RTC... But they can stop for ice cream, if they so choose.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marluxia, Axel, and Larxene are in Castle Oblivion. They can return at any time, or they can stay and complete whatever it is they're doing. (Ultimately your choice.)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vexen has just entered the room Where Nothing Gathers to speak with Xemnas, giving him a report on how his experimentations with the replicas are going. Zexion is also leaving the room Where Nothing Gathers, as Xemnas has sent him to Castle Oblivion to oversee the events there.

If you'd like an update on what's currently going on, just PM me and I'd gladly fill you in.  Also, if you've been sent on a mission and are unsure of how it should progress, feel free to ask me for some suggestions!

Remember: the more you post, the more active and lively the role-play is, so please try to as frequently as you can. :)

And now, let this role-play commence! Hope everyone has a good time! Should you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM or ask in the sign-ups.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop a line and gauge interest on this RP.  This is the first one I've hosted, and I'm afraid I didn't do a very good job at it.  I hadn't realized that I would need a m

(I was the last one to post between Roxas and Xion. So unless I missed something else, it's your turn to post, silly.)

Marluxia was having limited success in finding Saix. He had searched the upper quarters of the castle, which turned up fruitless, so it meant that the glorified clerk had to be somewhere on the lower levels. His footsteps echoing in the spacious stairwell, Marluxia shook his head grumpily. What the blazes was the point of summoning him back to report if the person he was to report to wasn't even present? He was tempted to just leave and return to Castle Oblivion: there were far better uses of his time to be found there. But, a good, loyal member of the Organization would go through the trouble of finding his "superiors" and report what he had found. And so, Marluxia walked down the basement  corridors.

..Into Lexeaus, who was turning the corner.

Startled, recovering from the impact, Marluxia leaped back, hands out to summon the scythe.

Lexeaus, practically unable to feel the sensation of surprise, fixed the Graceful Assassin with his cold, unfeeling glare.

Marluxia's hands held in mid air for a moment, before slowly lowering to his sides. "I confess, you surprised me." How on earth could a man that size move so quietly? Marluxia made a mental note of it.

Standing at least a foot taller than his pink haired compatriot, Lexeaus looked down at the assassin. "What are you doing down here?"

Marluxia was impressed with himself: he had kept the smile on this time, and he hadn't even clenched his fists. "Attempting to find Saix. I understand he wanted me to report back."

Lexeaus looked at Marluxia, trying to find any sign of mischief in his features. Seeing only an impatient agent with no other apparent reason for wandering the halls, he said, "I believe he is with Axel. Likely somewhere in the basement."

Saix was talking with Axel in an area where no one could eavesdrop. Interesting. It could mean so many things, of course: no one could predict what ran through Axel's head at the best of times. It was safe to assume, however, that they were up to something, and that was a dangerous game indeed. Deciding that if he were to speed his walk he might manage to catch a clue or two, Marluxia continued on his way. "Thank you." Feeling the cold, suspicious glare still aimed at his neck only served to make the assassin walk a little faster.

For his part, Lexeaus considered tailing Marluxia, but decided against it. Number XI would be suspecting it now, and besides, Axel and Saix would likely be able to figure out if he did anything unexpected. Slowly, methodically, the warrior walked back up to the upper levels of the castle. He had changed his burnt cloak for a cleaner one, but the change of clothes did nothing to ease his troubled mind. Wondering while he walked, Lexeaus took a notepad from his cloak and began to write:

Mission: To track down mysterious figure in Wonderland.

Mission was unsuccessful. Figure was able to evade the Organization, used magic to light a hedgemaze on fire, then escaped.

Question: Who is this mystery figure?

Fact A) Someone had been in Wonderland ahead of the Organization. There weren't too many people who could travel to other worlds on their own.

Fact B) This someone knew that the Organization was there. The usual elements of secrecy had been followed, so whoever this was must have had a good idea of the situation beforehand.

Fact C) Given the rapidity of the person's arrival and dispersal, it is safe to assume they have access to the portals of Darkness.

Mulling this over, Lexeaus deemed it wise to share his thoughts with the only person in the Organization who he trusted. Making his way to the Grey Room, he was pleased to find that Zexion was still here. Though the cards lying about on the floor, the absence of Demyx from his usual place on the couch, indicated there were other plots afoot. Lexeaus shook his head wearily. "Ridiculous..."

Brushing cards off the couch opposite of Zexion, Lexeaus sat down. "I passed Marluxia in the basement. He seemed on edge. I can only assume that means you've done a good job about watching what he's up to in the Castle."

(It's okay Pretium! And it all looks good to me. :) Nice and legit.)Saix listened to Axel with a thoughtful scowl on is face. Then he nodded. What Axel said made sense, he had wondered if Marluxia, aided by Larxene, had been planning to overthrow Xemnas, he knew for a fact that they weren't that loyal to him. Not that he, Saix, was that loyal to Xemnas either when it got down to it...Saix looked over at Axel, the slightest of smiles creeping onto his face. "Thank you for the report, Lea. Yes, I doubt Marluxia will be in a hurry to trust you, though in time, I believe he might." Saix crossed his arms and glanced around the room at the storage bins in the basement room that they were in. For the first time he realized that he had never seen what was in them...perhaps if he had emotions he would feel a bit more enclined to see, as he was, he was hardly curious. "So, how are the little Keyblade wielders, Sora and Riku?".......

(Thank You. :) Does Riku Have His Keyblade Yet??)

(Silver and Sora's Baby -- you both are back at headquarters now, and you were seen walking into the Gray room by Luxord, Marluxia, Zexion, and Demyx.  So, really, either of you could start.  You guys could speak with Zexion; he's rather bored just sitting there. ;)

Pretium -- no, Riku doesn't have his Keyblade yet.)

I'll edit this post later when I'm ready to respond--right now I'm just checking for updates and will have to run.

(Where'd Yuffie go? Diaz keeps getting left out! Serious, what can I do that might not end up being left out of the picture?)

(Awe~ what do I even post about....)

(Ok guys, im gonna be RPing as Sora in a couple weeks from now(Thanks so much for that Lunar, i owe you one), but im kinda busy with other stuff right now, so i don't want to hold you guys up, so until like May 3rd or so, Lunar will RP as Sora so you can get on with the story in the meantime i do what i have to. Then afterwards i'll step in and join the RP)

(Awe~ what do I even post about....)

(You could report to the other Organization member's about how both yours and Roxas's mission went.  So you could tell them "Our mission was a success, we did, blah blah blah, Roxas got hit in the face with a ball, blah blah blah(whatever you guys did, i forgot)  :P)

(Sorry, Obi-wan; I believe Yuffie's away camping this weekend.  Tell you what: have DiZ come to see Riku, Namine, and Vexen--that might give you something to do.)

Zexion scowled at Luxord's cheap magic trick, shoving the cards aside and shuffling the ones on the floor away with his foot.  Luxord and Demyx had been acting peculiar as of late; he often times wondered if even they were attempting something within the Organization.  The steel-haired teen sat down and shook his head.  It seemed everyone was trying to get away with something in the Organization.

His mood uplifted, however, when his tall companion entered.  The Silent Hero took a seat across from him, brushing off the nuisance of cards in the process.  Zexion placed his book beside him and leaned forward, offering Lexeaus a slight smile.  "I would like to agree with you, Lexeaus, though I'm afraid he's being rather elusive regarding his doings there.  I tried to hire them to inspect the castle for me in his absence"--he jerked his head in the direction of the cards irritably--"but of course, they'd rather clown around and create mischief elsewhere.  I do know one thing, however: he is keeping a secret from the Organization.  He's clever, smooth, calculated, and deceiving, yet I can sense that there's something he's not bringing to Xemnas's attention."  The Cloaked Schemer sighed, bringing a gloved hand to massage his temple.  "If I could just figure out what!  Lexeaus, if perhaps I could ask you to--"

Zexion was interrupted midspeech as Roxas and Xion walked forward.  They smelt sweet; Zexion could only assume they'd stopped for ice cream after completing their mission.  He shot them a glare.  "You're obviously late.  The Superior--and Saix, for that matter--will be utterly displeased.  I do know a mission awaits you with Xigbar, Roxas.  I do not pity you; I'd hate to depart anywhere with that freeshooter"--he turned his glance to Xion, the puppet he scarcely knew--"And you, Xion, are to travel somewhere with Axel.  It's unfortunate you didn't get a bit of a rest after your last mission but, ah well; I suppose that's what happens when you arrive so late."

------------------------------------------------

"Oh, how terribly rude of me not to introduce myself." Vexen gave a sardonic half-bow.  "I am Vexen, head scientist of Organization XIII.  It is a pity that Marluxia doesn't take better care to cage his little witches and creatures, lest you get your own ideas and scamper off."  The Chilly Academic tugged at his gloves, his smile ever wide and menacing.  "But I suppose that's where he's fortunate that am here at the moment.  I will take you to a little den where you can't run off anymore."

"No!"

Vexen glanced over, surprised.  Riku stepped in front of Namine, his sword poised and ready to strike the Chilly Academic.  "You're not getting her,"  Riku snarled.  "No one deserves to be under the custody of the likes of you!  Now, bring it on if you think you're so tough!"

(Sikota: d'you want Riku while Vexen fights him, to spare me from having to battle myself? haha!)

(Soul Eater Keyblade?)

  • Author

(You got it!  Though, actually, the Soul Eater is only a sword, not an actual Keyblade. ;))

  • Author

A malicious grin spread across Vexen's face, his enormous shield materializing in his hand.  He brought it before him, preparing for Riku's first strike.  "Well, then!  Let's see what you're made of!"

"I don't intend to lose to anything with a stench like yours!" Riku charged lunging soul eater directly at the maniacal Nobody in attempt to penetrate right through his icy defenses.

(Sorry bout that, meant to tell you that I was leaving, but left before I could post.)

Larxene had made her ways to the upper floors of the castle, coming upon Vexen and Riku. She gave a slight grin. Larxene snapped her fingers, and blasted Riku in the back with lightning. She grabbed Namine by the wrist, and waved to Vexen. "Have fun Numero Cuatro!"she called out to Vexen. Larxene spawned a dark corridor and led Namine into it, transporting them to the castle.

(Sorry Silver O_o)

(Sorry Silver O_o)

(Blah..)

Roxas sighed. He was tired. Very tired. Having to go on another mission would surely kill him...especially when it was with Xigbar. That man didn't know when to stop...much to Roxas' displeasure.

"Right...well, see you later, Xion." He said with a hint of sadness. Out of everyone he knew, Xion was Roxas's favorite person-- right up there with Axel. And now I have to deal with Scarface #2. Roxas thought, looking around for the Freeshooter.

(dang, my fight has lost its purpose)

  • Author

(Sorry there wasn't much of a fight, Sikota; I hadn't anticipated Larxene electrocuting him.)

"Curses!"  Vexen cried, letting his icicles evaporate into nothingness.  And just when he'd just started to get cooled off, too.  The Chilly Academic seemed to have an anger issue, what with his desire to fight at any possible moment to blow off steam.  However, there hardly seemed any need to fight with the Keyblade wielder anymore.  Namine had already been snatched away by Larxene.  He let his shield dematerialize in an array of dark sparkles as he stepped over Riku.  "There is no reason left to bother with you anymore--I have bigger fish to fry."  With that, the mad scientist followed in the Savage Nymph's wake.

Riku was left in the stark-white hall, all alone, with only the pain in his back to comfort him.

(Obi-wan: now might be a good time to cause DiZ to appear, if you'd like. ;))

------------------------------------------

Zexion took notice that Roxas searched the Gray room.  However, he'd mistaken who the blond was searching for and instead shook his head.  "Axel returned from Castle Oblivion, though no one seems to know where he or Saix disappeared to."  The Cloaked Schemer folded his arms across his chest and sighed.  "It seems everyone is disappearing into unknown crevices these days.  Xigbar uttered something about boredom and Castle Oblivion in the same sentence, so it would appear he paid the castle a visit.  I am certain he will return soon."

(Bloody- DiZ has turned into a nightmare. Anyone specific you got in midn though?)

  • Author

(Yeah, sorry about that; I had a bad feeling DiZ might have to run all over the place. ;)  I was thinking that, now that Riku's alone without Namine and Vexen, it might be the perfect time for him to pop in.)

Lexeaus listened intently to Zexion's words: there was no one in the Organization who's intelligence he admired more. So when Number VI said that he suspected Marluxia was up to something at the Castle, Lexeaus was certain it was a safe bet. He rubbed his chin in thought, eyes closed as his mind tried to find the doors to the Graceful Assassin's intentions.

Before he could offer any theories on the subject, however, the meeting was interupted by the presence of Roxas and Xion. Lexeaus eyed the newest members: both young, both lower in rank. The similarities to Marluxia and Larxene began to draw themselves. If these two were to become more loyal to each other than the Organization... Well, thought the Silent Hero, it was best not to jump to too many conclusions.

Still, he would have to see if either Roxas or Xion were having any extended conversations with either Numbers XI or XII.

He waited until Zexion had finished chastising the duo, before adding, "At least we know where he's disappeared to. Its the ones who vanish without a word that concern me." Producing his notepad, Lexeaus tore out the most recent page. "As for..." He glanced at Roxas, then continued. "...What we were discussing, I can look into it, so long as you don't mind swapping problems." He handed the academic the sheet of paper, with his notes and concerns on the previous mission. He glanced once again at the newest recruits, then stared at the floor for a second or two, before saying, "I suppose there's no harm in your knowing as well. I believe that there is some third party who is either hunting the Organization, or is watching us very closely."

(Okay third try. Let's hope this is the final one.)

The boy was surprising, at best. How a boy like this had caused so much trouble was simply beyond him. He wouldn't fret upon that little detail, at least, for now.

"Ah. So YOU are the boy I've heard so much about. Riku, is it not?"

His own form appeared from behind Riku, only his voice indicating that he was there at all.

"Wandering this place of white, insearch of something, but what do you seek out?"

Hopefully this boy wasn't as stubborn as himself or a certain other. Some, if only a small amount, would prove to be very helpful in his plot.

"I believe I could aid the both of us. For a price on your part."

To go against that he helped create such a long time ago.

Xemnas watched the people of his former home struggle with fixing their houses and buildings as he contemplated his most recent visit to the Chamber of Repose. He remembered just sitting there quietly and gathering his slowly awakening memory when he heard a vaguely familiar voice speak to him… reminding him of something important…

It was gone though before he could decide if it was a part of a distant memory or part of the present.

But the most pressing issue was who it was that was speaking.

Was it no one of importance? Or…

He glanced up at the slowly setting sun.

Was it her?

(You're welcome Spider. :))

Naminé was quite surprised when Riku moved to stop the Organization member from taking her. She didn't think it would really made a difference to him. Once again, she wished that she had people whom she could call her friends.

Naminé gasped when Larxene came. To tell the truth, the blonde woman scared her...even more then the Organizations number eleven. After she and Larxene were through the portal, Naminé looked up at Larxene, her blue eyes wide. For Naminé this had been a very interesting day, normally her days went by relatively uneventful, though she knew for a fact that she wasn't supposed to be out of that room. "I--I'm sorry Larxene, I know I shouldn't have left the room. Just no one was there. I was only going to take a quick look around," Naminé said all in one breath. She paused briefly, watching Larxene's expression before continuing. "I promise I wasn't going to cause any trouble."
