She is Sayaka Miki, from "Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica" a anime about magical girl's, that is actually quit dark and can be enjoyed by both sexes =), Im a guy anyway here are two link's one to the first movie and the second to the second movie, the movies are exactly like the show yet in high definition with, changed symbol's, quotes, transformations etc. yet really good.. I am yet to watch the second movie but have watched the whole series! it is only 12 episodes long! and very popular..

 

you can find it by simply searching online and you must watch SuBbEd!!!!!!!!! they have'nt realeased dubbed online and it is good it was on abc3 here on australia and the voices were absaloutly horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! and so was the design and image of that whole dubbed version.. don't know if it will be realised in dubbed any time soon you or someone else reads this.. anyway, here:
