I seem to remember Ash specifically requesting a hamburger in one of the old episodes, so I'm guessing no.

Where did the meat come from? As far as I am aware, there are no animals.

They say Farfetch'd were uncommon because people kept hunting and eating them.  It's also said Pokemon bones were thrown into lakes out of respect.  So there ya go.

Animals have been mentioned off-hand to exist outside of the Pokemon themselves.It's just flavor text, but it's technically there. Same thing with Lt. Surge being American or one of the Team Rocket scientists mentioning Russia.

The Pokemon are animals. They make Hamburgers out of Tauros and Bacon out of Spoink. They make Fish Fillet out of Magikarp and Fried Chicken out of Farfetch'd.(even though its technically a duck come to think of it are there any chicken-based Pokemon?) An equally disturbing thought is, if they eat Pokemon meat in their Burgers, do they put Oddish in their salad? Do they put Cherrim on top of Vanliuxe to make a sundae?

Well there are animals 

In Cerulean City gym they had fish tanks with normal fish

Remember the slow poke tails? and fresh served magikarp? Obviously We got some meat eaters in pokemon!

Team Rocket tried to eat a Magikarp in one of the earlier episodes.
