I felt for Sora so much when Roxas gave Sora his memories, and again when Aqua and Terra appeared before Sora and called him Ven.

Easily the one where Sora has the huge speech about how Hearts are more than what the Org. treats them as, and states that his friends are his power. That was so well made in my opinion.
