    My friend said that if you cup your hands behind your ears and speak, that's how you sound to everybody else.

     

    Not sure how authentic that is, but I think it's worked for me.

    Which is actually not negative at all. Cept when I sound too stressed out about something. Then sometimes it sounds just.......creepy.
