I'd have to say Ventus's. The music was good, not to mention  that the final battle in Ven's heart was great. The epic commands and struggles made it all the more epic. Not to mention the Last Word finisher, which looks great.

I would have to say Ventus too, yet I am bias, for I always enjoy the good old self vs self struggles. 

I loved Ventus's, but Terra's was also really good and I am torn. I wasn't really a fan of Aqua's though

Terra's because of reasons lol

It's kind of hard to decide between Terra and Ventus for me.  Mostly because they faced two different conflicts, and both they're battles we're just amazing in terms of gameplay, and plot-importance.  I mean, in Terra's battle, we see a large part of the story unravel in that the Xehanort from KH1 and KH2, are in fact Terra's body possessed by Xehanort.  However, in Ventus's battle, we see that he is willing to sacrifice his own heart if it means saving the friends he's made.  Pretty much a tie, for me.

Aqua's.

Ven's.  It was just fun.  I like that they completely changed the battle style for that final battle.  Aqua's is a close second.

It's a tie between Terra's and Ven's.

I always liked to fight doppelgangers or dark version of a characters in video games,that's why my favorite final boss is Ventus's

Ven vs Vanitas. Favorite battle in the game.

Tie between Ven and Aqua's.

I really enjoy the final fight against Vanitas with Ven, but I must say... taking over the Lingering Sentiment and beating the shit out of Terranort is quite satisfying.

I have to say that Ven's final boss is my favorite. Ven's storyline is great. Unbreakable Chains is my favorite boss theme in Birth by Sleep, and the Last Word finisher is pretty epic.

I liked Ven's the best. the final Vanitas battle was awesome ^_^
