Looks like I might need to buy an eshop card as I only have enough for Lucas. I'll get Dream Land and the Rockman.EXE costume. (I don't even use the Mii Fighters, but EXE though.) Roy and Ryu will wait till the "completist" feeling kicks in.

 

Sucks Saffron City won't come back for good, but at least Hyrule Castle is back.

Why are you always trying to entice people into an argument?

So I paid for and downloaded the new Smash DLC as Wii U only because I had just under the amount for the bundled dlc. Either my game didn't update, or my DLC is glitched due to eshop because one, the dlc isn't in my game and two, it says i've paid for the bundled dlc on the eshop...Anyone else have this problem?

...are you under the impression I'm at all concerned about characetr spoilers in smahs?

So I actually love Roy.....i feel bad but that Dair....oh my god the Dair! *0*

Yo, Roy is actually pretty damn good, not what I was expecting at all, especially after seeing how Mewtwo played basically like his Melee counterpart. Fsmash sweetspot is around 20%, and it's easier to land compared to Marth's. Basically he's a better Marth. New main.

 

Ryu is what the competitive fans dreamed of. He's one of the few people who can actually combo, and the combos are on purpose too. Even if you don't use Ryu optimally by utilizing his original Street Fighter inputs, he still packs a huge punch with that Up smash and Up B. Sounds like a way better Little Mac, though Mac is faster and has super armor on his smashes.

 

Lucas is a worse Ness, in my opinion. That doesn't mean he's bad though. Up air still does an alright amount of damage, and he has a grapple grab. His neutral air is always fun to do. Also, his Up smash, if you ever land it, is so damn satisfying.

 

Very happy with these DLC characters. Do not regret buying them at all.

I don't know if anyone here cares (I'm personally not that interested myself, but figured I should post it for those who are), but Smash 4 will be at EVO this year. Not only that, but Bill Trinen from the Nintendo Treehouse will be competing in the tournament. I might watch just to see him compete, since it could be fun seeing how a Nintendo employee plays the game (I mean, he can't be as bad as Reggie was... right?).

We definitely will have some form of what happened at Apex. EVO last year had it. While Melee was on stream, the chat was spammed with "When's Mahvel?" and other things that basically said Smash was taking too long and that it wasn't worth putting at EVO. Now that two Smash games at in, tensions may run high. Here's to a good EVO.

But really, no one really thinks ZeRo is not going to win. Nairo maybe has a chance, but it's a drop in the bucket compared to ZeRo's chances.

His videos aren't that bad. Granted, I've only watched a select few of his videos. The ones I did watch were fine though.

Although I'm not interested in the competitive scene that much, I'd watch Shulk matches since I think he's a lot of fun to watch in action. Same goes for Ness.

But, there is an interesting tweet ZeRo sent out a while back. If you can't read it, it basically says ZeRo is going to focus on Melee for a year if he wins EVO.

Oh God, I just love playing Smash on my 3DS!  The Smashers online are totally skilled beasts!  I've battled tons of players, and sadly, I've lost more matches than I've won.  i hold a record of 211 losses and about 79 or 89 wins.  But hey, at least I provide the online players a decent challenge!  And I wonder what fighters from the Smash Ballot shall be revealed in due time?

I used to be really good on For Glory. My win rate was 80% at one point. But after my DS got corrupted, I completely bombed ever since. I have 57% on the 3DS version and 59% on the Wii U version. But I like losing so long as it is against a very skilled and technical player I can learn against.

Ooh, I want to Smash with you sometime!  By no means am I a super mega pro, but I really believe I can give you a decent challenge!

I haven't played in a while. I'm still debating if I should buy a Gamecube controller or stick with the classic controller.
