Whether you like him or not,Pac-Man is Namco's mascot,he's an iconic gaming character ever since the 80's and it was a logical thing from Namco to do

I know.... : But still, to me, he really feels out of place. But, since Namco's developing this, i should've seen it coming....If they're going to put him though, they should maybe put in a Tales of character at the very least, like Lloyd Irving perhaps?

I'm getting the Nintendo logo with a constant timer counting up, but no video plays.

Oh, sorry to hear that. : I'm hoping they unprivate the official video though, still don't know why they did that.

DO YOU SEE THIS CAPCOM

My two favorites as the thumbnail... *drools*

My reaction when I saw that live: "firetruck YES!"

Wah. Mommy. :(

So far,his moveset look great.

Btw I like how the people saying "nooooooo" didn't see this one coming ever since Namco was announced to be co-developing the game....it's Namco's mascot and an iconic gaming character since 1980 so of course they'll put him in

MMMOkay. Starting to calm.

Well, I saw the hints, but didn't want it to happen. Oh well. I like the theme that trailer had. Better not jump to conclusions.

Need more 3DS trailers...

Sigh...

October release...

Just finished watching the tournament, since night classes light night and morning classes today screwed me over. Congratulations to Zero (Even though he got a ton of cheap wins in the first two rounds)! Also, I've... kinda calmed down after Pac-Man. Still giving up hope on Shulk showing up. I don't care if that leak claimed he'd be in, it seems like they're done showing new characters at E3.

Did You Know Gaming: Super Smash Bros. Part 4

Hey guys, I was ABLE TO PLAY. On the 3DS version, I tried out Sonic, Toon Link and Mega Man. Wii U characters, Greninja and Villager. Let's start with Greninja, shall we?

- Very fast and fun to play as. His ninja moves are incredible.

- To me, anyway, he doesn't feel like Sheik.

- Water Shuriken charges up by holding the Special button, and automatically gets thrown once fully charged.

- Up B is very similar to Pikachu's.

- Greninja has a Pink and Red color scheme. Kind of hard to distinguish between the two.

- Up Smash is just fun, I love it.

- Strong attacks are a bit lame IMO, just some toungue whipping.

Mega Man:

- I barely played as him, so I didn't get a chance to use all his moves.

- Down Smash is powerful, I love it.

- I wasn't able to use strong attacks. The circle pad needs some tweaking, as just holding to the right starts a dash.

Toon Link:

- Basically the same as Brawl. No problem for me, as I loved him in Brawl. Link's changes differentiate him from TL better.

Villager:

- Dude, fun. All his attacks are hilarious to use.

- Side smash is the bowling ball. I have horrible memory so I forgot about that.

- Up smash, the fireworks, is a bit too weak for my taste. Character had to be at a pretty high percentage to die (I think 110% on Sonic).

- I love Pocket. I picked up a crate with it, and I loved how I could still walk around at normal speed.

- Balloon Fight... I couldn't really test how good this was, as I was in the Boxing Ring.

- Did not get to try out the Tree attack. The matches all last 2 minutes, whereas 3DS you just play until it's your turn on the Wii U.

- Gyroid is fun. Only used it once, though.

Sonic:

- Almost the same moveset. He has some changes that weren't in his reveal trailer, however.

- Side B is less floaty. It kind of just hops and goes down really quickly.

- Down B is the same, though there's this purple aura and smoke when it's fully charged.

- Dash attack. IDK if this happened in Brawl, but it traps people on contact, and ends with two kick attacks, with decent knockback.

- Down smash is NO LONGER THAT SPIN THING. Now, it's a split kick, very similar to Fox's.

- Taunts are the same, but he no longer says "YOU'RE TOO SLOW". :'[

General:

- All characters from previous games, barring Fox, seem to lack their Dark colors. Like, no Dark Link or Shadow Link, no Dark Zelda, no Dark Pit. Link has a purple color which I adore.

- All the voices seem to be taken from other games (like, no newly recorded voices, except for MAYBE Rosalina). Since this is a demo, I expected this. Pit's Up B sound is definitely too aggressive for just flying (it's like this, "GRYAHHH" kinda sound). All of Sonic's sounds are taken from Free Riders, Colors and Generations, it seems. Kirby has a lot of new voice clips, though. Pit and Kirby seemed to be the only characters who grunted the second they got hit, ala Melee.

- Pokémon are awesome. I got a Darkrai, Abomasnow, Arceus and Fletchling. Darkrai shoots a dark orb at people from afar to make them fall asleep. I think it does a bit of damage. Abomasnow uses this icy wind stuff, and a charge that causes people to get frozen. Arceus is the same in the video. Fletchling is USELESS. I swear. XDD

- That pre-evolved Vivillion thing was there too. It stuns you, but not like, Mewtwo's confusion stun, but like, MAJOR hitstun... stun.

- Still dunno what Xerneas does. It made a glowing aura around someone playing as ZSS, but she never landed a hit during that phase.

- A professional Olimar player was there. I think his name was Matthew. He's American/Canadian, but he says he was in Japan, which is where he fought in tournaments. He had a shirt saying "Best Olimar player 2011-2014 something something". I didn't see him on Smash Wiki though.

- I got an awesome SSB badge/button/pin thing and some stickers. :DDD

I think that covers about everything I experienced. :D

Anyone else notice that there hasn't been a smash bros stage theme to Mario Party?

I thought Toon Link wasn't playable in the demo though. Thats good to hear that he is then.

So I went to the Smash Fest today. I got to play both versions like 15-20 times (possibly even more than that) as the line died down over time, eventually leaving an extremely small amount of people to play for about two or three hours of it.

Pros: Fast pacing, controls feel amazing

Cons: Characters are extremely floaty. I found it extremely difficult to time things due to how floaty things were.

The 3DS version has more playable characters, including Toon Link, Yoshi, Shiek, and Luigi, since it's demo is closest to the finished version due for October 3rd.

The people I played with experienced very laggy moments on stages on the 3DS version, namely Reset Bomb Fortress (or whatever the Kid Icarus stage was called).

I got a chance to try out each newcomer available, my favorite playstyle out them being Rosalina.

Rosalina's Neutral B is the Luma Shot to get the Luma to cover a distance for you, not to mention it's a heavy hitter if someone gets hit by the initial launch of the Luma.

I tried out Zelda with her new down special. The Phantom's cool and all, but her Side Special's amazing. Remember how it barely hurt to get hit by that in Brawl and Melee? Well, you better make sure you're nowhere near it in the new Smash, as it's devastating. I sent my friend flying from the center of the stage all the way off the left with just one hit.

Zero Suit Samus is amazing in every way possible, including her final smash, where she jumps in her gunship and just starts firing laser's at the opponents. She was the only character I won with on the Wii U version.

I hated how Pit played in Brawl, but in the new Smash, his recovery is 10x better and his Side Special looks so good I found myself using it a lot, sometimes even spamming it just due to the sheer enjoyment I got out of the way it looked. I didn't get to witness Pit's Final firsthand, but I do find that Pit has seen an extreme upgrade to his entire moveset in Smash 4. Anyone who says it's not an improvement would have to be on drugs or something.

I also tried out Smash Run, and enjoyed every last bit of it just as I did the City Trial in Kirby Air Ride. Not much else to say unless you want me to explain the concept of Smash Run again.

Dang, 15-20 times? You're lucky. I got to do one round of Smash Run, and when we went on to the second Wii U round, their Wii U completely crashed, so he sent us off to keep the line moving. : I was one of the first 80 people, but Nintendo didn't send enough gold coins out in time, so I'll get mine when I pick up my copy of Smash 3DS (Reserved a copy today).

As for the game, I played as Villager for the 3DS version. It took me a while to get used to the controls (Still think I'll need some time to get used to them), but it was pretty fun. Villager's got a pretty nice moveset, although his B-Down takes a while to use. Smash Run itself was really fun, too. I really enjoyed it, and can't wait to play more of it in the full game! I just wish they let us do multiplayer for it, though.

For the Wii U version, I went with Greninja. The other people in my group chose Pit, Kirby, and Zelda, so I was the only one who actually decided to start off with a newcomer. Greninja's awesome, but I'll definitely need some time to adjust to him. Doesn't help that they only had the Wii U Pro Controller, which I've never used in my life, and I found to be somewhat awkward. Either way, the gameplay for the Wii U version was awesome. Unfortunately, I was taken down by the Zelda user. : I did manage to steam an assist trophy my brother got and used Waluigi to take down the Yellow Devil and piss everyone else off, though. xD I'm holding off on preordering that one until I can preorder the Gamecube bundle, but I'm definitely looking forward to playing that one as well!

Be grateful ya can go. my stupid disease is worse than ever that I can't even go in any of the days Nintendo World hosted it.
