Am i the only one thats dissapointed that were going back to the old system instead of command deck?

You're not the only one.  I honestly preferred the command deck over the traditional battle system; I'm a sucker for customization, and the battle system in KH1 and 2 wasn't nearly as engaging to me as BBS's.

true that i also miss the different finishers and shotlocks

Nomura said it's kh2 battle system with tweaks from 3d and bbs so i'm wondering whether the drive guage does some more stuff than just drive forms??? should be interesting :D but yeah i would have liked to have the command deck

well there are going to be multiple playable characters so i think that some will have standard and some will have to command deck, or maybe things like drive or summons will use the command deck because i believe it was said that those were being changed around.

this. and im sure the incorporated stuff from 3d and bbs are the command system and free flow

I will miss it, but i like the original one so much that i don't care.

i personaaly prefer the old system :)

but dude i dont mind which way it goes

it looked like a focus gauge to me :) so maybe both work off the same bar

I loved the KH1/2 command deck. So much easier to use and I won't accidentally hit curaga instead of ballonra. Also, it's a numbered title tradition. I love that battle system.

Command deck is my favorite, but its nice going back to traditional menu.

I dunno...The command deck just seems way too outrageous. It's more practical to me by having Sora use the actual Keyblade again for damage rather than relying solely on magical abilities.

No, Kh1 and 2 still just basic good old fashioned style <3

I'd rather have the original I almost always break the triangle button

I'm glad! I mean I like kingdom hearts 3d but it was way too easy with all the things you could do to defeat an enemy. I hope they don't add too much gameplay from 3d. If they do they should make the game more challenging.

I'm actually happy that they're going back to the KH1/2 command menu battle style, I prefer this battle system . To me the command deck lacked fluidity since the commands were meant to be used as standalone attacks. All the physical combos and the magic combos in KH2 were fantastic.
